We have been staying at Meliá Ibiza since last Saturday and are checking out tomorrow, and all I can say is that we have had an absolutely wonderful holiday.
The hotel is beautiful. The décor is stylish and modern, the views are breathtaking, and the location is perfect. It is peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to easily reach the busier parts of the island when you want a bit more atmosphere. There is also a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away at the Palau de Congressos, with a direct connection to the airport, which is very convenient.
We stayed in a Junior Suite with a sea view, and it was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. As an adults-only hotel, it offers a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful atmosphere throughout. The pool area is beautifully maintained and a fantastic place to unwind, and having food and drinks served by the pool is a lovely touch.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Maky, the barman, Maria from Front of House, Pablo, the Restaurant Manager, and Patricia at Reception. They were all exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was wonderful, but these four deserve a special mention for their outstanding service.
We were especially impressed on our first night. Our flight was delayed, meaning we missed dinner, so we called ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving late. The team kindly offered to leave sandwiches and salad in our room, and after arriving well after midnight, it was such a thoughtful gesture to find food waiting for us. It was very much appreciated and a great example of the excellent hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.
Another bonus is the free parking directly outside the hotel. There are around 10–15 spaces available, and if you're lucky enough to get one, it's free. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby.
The only small suggestion I would make is regarding the music around the pool area. Sometimes it is so quiet that you can barely hear it, which can make the atmosphere feel a little flat. A slightly higher volume and perhaps a more upbeat playlist could really enhance what is already a fantastic pool experience.
Overall, we have had an amazing stay and would happily return. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff are truly outstanding. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable.
P.S. If you visit, you absolutely have to try the "Maky Mojito" 🤤. They are dangerously good I completely lost count of how many I had! 😂
Stay hydrated- have a Maky Mojito 😁

We are just back from a one week stay at Melia Ibiza, my review is only for ‘the level’ part of hotel as we didn’t use the main hotel. The Level is self contained so no need to use main hotel.
Our room was absolutely gorgeous, we stayed in a ‘The Level Junior Suite Supreme Sea View’ the layout, the decor, the view and amenities. Everything was 10/10. The hotel solely provides Rituals amenities which is lovely.
The Level Food -
Breakfast is nice, there are plenty of options laid out for self service, however you can also order à la carte from a small menu. The plates brought are small but just enough to start your day with the added pastries, fruit etc. I did hear people amend their orders from menu or add / take away and the staff were happy to do so.
The snacks are basically just crisps, olives, various pickles.
The tapas in the evening between 5-6pm are great and options vary every evening.
The drink options included are great, the rose wine was delicious. Full range of soft drinks, still water, sparkling water, white, red and rose wine plus a beer (the only thing is you’re only supposed to get your included drinks from the bottom level area)
The roof top pool exclusive for the level guests is gorgeous and the bar is also lovely. The views are fantastic.
Location is good, a 10 min walk to the marina, as the hotel is adults only it’s very quiet and peaceful.
There are daily activities including yoga, hiking & art & wine hour. The yoga spot is so nice, the views are great. Such a lovely peaceful way to start your day.
I feel the only thing that let the hotel down at times was the service. At breakfast the staff are not very attentive. I do think this is because there seemed to only be one person taking orders but it seemed as if they weren’t paying great attention. One morning we waited 30 mins for a coffee. That being said, the rooftop bar staff were great & the reception staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Loved this place. Great location just overlooking the beautiful coast, so always a lovely breeze. Great walks nearby. Close too the Marina and a swathe of lovely restaurants. Much nicer than Ibiza Town in my opinion.
Hotel service was amazing - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean everywhere and if I return I would definitely opt for the level service again. Much more civilised! Lovely sea view rooms with water and nespresso machines, sole use of the rooftop bar and pool area with comfy loungers and own lounge/breakfast and outside areas on the ground floor by lovely gardens and sea. Personally, I wouldn't like the other side as the loungers were not as thick as upstairs and the breakfast area was nowhere near as nice. Level incs endless supply of drinks and food - to the point we hardly ate a meal out in the evenings as were stuffed!! Also incs own concierge area with drinks upon arrival.
LOVED THIS HOTEL - THE BEST YET. THANK YOU TO MELIA IBIZA STAFF

I have stayed at Melia with my family 3 times and it is the best hotel in Santa Eulària, well worth a visit. The facilities such as the rooms and swimming pools are clean and immaculate. The wooden sunbeds are plush and comfortable. The food and drinks are spot on, but the staff are what make the hotel so good. They go out their way to make sure you have a good experience and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Alvaro, Pablo and Ibrahim.

The hotel was great. A lovely premium experience. The staff were great especially Claudia, Pedro and a young lady who's been working there for less than a year, who gave me the best service, this had made my stay even more enjoyable. The chef's dinner service was amazing. The rooms are nice, modern and somewhere you can relax. The pools are amazing especially the 5th-floor rooftop pool. 2nd time staying and I will be there again next year.
