First time at this hotel & I was impressed. Lovely decor throughout, very clean, rooms small but good size wardrobe. Walk in shower was good. Food was varied & hot & nothing ran short. Bar service was excellent. Great location, five minutes from the beach & walking distance to the many bars with great entertainment. The Male receptionist was a bit surly, no hello or smile but that didn't spoil our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would certainly stay there again.

The location is great, right beside Morgan's Tavern on the strip. I really liked the room too. The balcony was great for people watching. Staff were nice overall.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. I have limited mobility and this hotel is smack bang in the middle of all pubs and clubs. They have disabled facilities all over the hotel. The staff are lovely and friendly and work very hard. I've booked again for next January for two weeks but hopefully get a cheeky holiday before then. Overall great place to stay.

Unfortunately I wouldn't return to this hotel, on arrival the room was clean and ready early to go in, the women working on the desk was helpful as well so that's a bonus. Hotel is lovely overall but that's it really. My issue is with the food, it was near enough the same everyday, even the desserts, after trying the food it was really bland and the meat would always be swimming in some sort of juice which made the meat taste disgusting. The desserts, often the same cake everyday would always be soggy like its been defrosting and left for ages so the sponge soakes up all the water. The rice pudding was like water, same as the custard which had no taste. On top of this the cleaner came and made the beds everyday but didn't pick any dust up from the floors or any other surfaces. The shower was the worst shower I have ever had, either scolding hot or ice cold. No matter where you turned the lever it was the same. Pressure was also very low and at one point I was in the shower and the water was turned off for 1 hour. Noise wise you'd expect to hear it as it's right at the end of the strip but the walls must be paper thin as you can hear every conversation outside. There was one situation as well where the bin on the hallway by the lifts were smelling like something had gone off in there like a really bad fishy smell. I did report this multiple times but nothing was done. The lifts were smelling from the bin and i was sick from it. Aside from this how could the cleaner miss it and surely other people must have reported this?. So overall lovely rooms, comfortable beds, good location, cleaners not the best, food is below standard in my opinion for a 4* hotel and wouldn't recommend it. Due to this wouldn't stay again.

Stayed here last year and was fab. Just been here from 16th to 20th March 2024 and it has gone down hill a little in the house keeping dept. One day they went in and just removed rubbish, left towels out for them to change and took 2 days. Had to go to reception to ask for toilet roll. The only day they actually cleaned the room was the 17th and only changed our towels on the 19th. We was also given a room that had loud music that played from 10am till 3am the next morning without warning. Must point out that this was also a disabled room they gave us, we didn't mind that as neither of us are disabled but the nightly music till 3am will not go down well with some of thedisabled visitors either.
