Most of the aspects of this hotel are 4 star and very good. The best being the rooms and turn down services in the evening being a nice touch. Rooms are clean, well equipped and modern too. Our stay we were half-board and the food options were quite repetitive, breakfast was the same bar a few items for the duration of our 11 day stay and actually quite limited. The same for dinner options. This may be a seasonal issue (November) but there also was a lack of fruit available. The bar during the day at the pool was good offering food and drinks with reasonable prices. The location isn’t great quite far from the centre of old Limassol but taxis are about €15-20 euros each way. Local buses also are available, and plenty of car hire places are nearby, the hotel uses Sixt as a provider. The pool area is nice with plenty seating and access to a private beach.
However I would advise people who are cat lovers or cat owners not to stay at this hotel. While there are stray cats around the pool area the staff do not care for them at all despite signs saying they are fed and looked after, this is a lie. Our holiday was somewhat marred by the likely death of a very ill cat that lived in the hotel grounds. Obviously this happens to wild strays but it was the hotel staffs handling of it that shocked our family. We were told it was taken to a vet nearby but when pressed each day they could not provide an update on where this cat had actually been taken. Although it was taken inside a services area of the hotel where guests aren’t allowed access. Staff were rude or dismissive when asked about the cats. It’s to our knowledge that Cyprus have tokens and vouchers that hotels use to neuter and look after the cats. With the prices paid by guests you’d think a small amount of this could simply be used to feed or neuter the cats which is cheap in Cyprus with charity help. With this I would suggest cat lovers look elsewhere to stay in Limassol.
To sum up the hotel isn’t in a great location but the rooms in the Mediterranean hotel are excellent. Food wasn’t as good as expected but may have been seasonal, quite repetitive too with limited options. Beach and pool area very good. However if you are a cat tourist or like cats I would stay elsewhere due to their treatment of the animals.

We had our wedding at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel and it was honestly the best experience we could have wished for. We are extremely happy with everything. From the very start, the team supported us every step of the way, always being there for us and making sure the wedding was exactly as we wanted.
A special thank you to Sakis, Andreea and Nikolas they were absolutely brilliant. They looked after us and our guests so well, combining real professionalism with a warm, friendly approach. The food was absolutely delicious and of the highest standard, and our room was beautifully presented spotless, elegant and very comfortable.
The whole day ran perfectly, and we truly can’t put into words how grateful we are for the care and dedication we received. Not only did they make our wedding unforgettable, but we also feel we’ve found a new favourite place in Limassol.
Highly recommended!

Our 4th trip to the Mediterranean Beach Hotel. The highlight for us has always been the Spa! Manager, Maria and her team are nothing short of amazing... Marina for facials, Essem for massages and all of the staff go out of their way to help.
We do 1/2 board which includes breakfast and a different themed dinner each night. Both are buffet style and quality and selection is amazing! The Head Chef ensures everyone is happy with the food and service.
We stayed in a Suite... large room with king size bed with TV, separate sitting space with TV and mini fridge, double sink bathroom with over bath shower with a balcony offering stunning views of the sea. This time, service was hit or miss... some nights we have turndown, some we did not.
There are 3 areas outside with sun loungers: pool, grass and beach. We head to the grass which is in the middle and never have a problem finding seats and umbrellas.
The cons this trip: lots of little ants on some loungers and flet I was constantly swatting flies... maybe the humidity which we won't complain out.
Better service is needed from the pool bar... seems disorganised and lacking proper management. There's a QR system on umbrellas to order that hasn't worked the last 2 trips we've been here and no one comes around to take drink or food orders.
Many flights don't depart until evening... if a room is not booked, the hotel should allow customers to checkout later... and not at a cost.
We love this hotel and will return but there are a few bits to be improved on... as with anything.

Warm hospitality and a relaxing stay. We spent 8 nights at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel in Limassol and overall had a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, Maya greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel at home. Jennie and her team were always ready to accommodate our requests—quick, attentive, and friendly throughout. Everything was fine and comfortable across our stay. If I could offer two small suggestions, it would be to pay a bit more attention to daily cleanliness and to diversify the breakfast selection. Otherwise, service really stood out, and we’d happily return. Thank you to the team for making our trip enjoyable!

The room was fine, but the hotel is very overpriced. The spa and gym don’t provide slippers, so I had to walk all the way back to my room to get my own — and later I couldn’t use them because they were completely wet. They also don’t provide bathrobes. The lockers are old and dirty, which is honestly embarrassing for a hotel at this price. Breakfast was okay.
