Our stay at MAYIA EXCLUSIVE RESORT & SPA was fantastic overall. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the facilities were excellent. However, during the opening week of the hotel, we encountered some limitations. We were informed that room service was unavailable, although the hotel prepared a complementary welcome meal for late arrivals. Additionally, the snack bar menu was partially unavailable. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel remains 5-star in our eyes, and we fully enjoyed our stay. The breathtaking views of Lindos and the gorgeous facilities made for an unforgettable experience. The restaurants on the resort also added to our enjoyment. Wasabi (Asian Restaurant) was absolutely delicious with wonderful views of the hotel. The Italian restaurant was also very nice; the food tasted very authentic! However, be mindful that this restaurant is situated outdoors. The tennis court is a great addition to the complex, offering guests an enjoyable recreational activity. However, the lack of food labeling at the buffet posed a serious problem for my partner, who has a nut allergy, leading to an unexpected €170 expense for medical treatment. The breakdown of the cost is as follows: €150 for the doctor being called out and writing a prescription, and €20 for the delivery of the prescription. Hopefully, this can be claimed back through my partner's travel insurance. Once brought to the staff's attention, they were incredibly helpful and responsive. We hope the hotel considers improving their food labeling to prevent similar incidents in the future.

My stay at Mayia Resort was absolutely magical. The stunning views took my breath away, but the real cherry on top was the Tony's Chocolonely chocolate waiting in the fridge for me—a sweet, personal touch. Lunch at their Italian restaurant was a dream, blending the best of Italy's flavors with Greece's unmatched beauty. It's those little moments of joy and delicious meals that made my experience unforgettable. Mayia Resort knows how to make you feel special and truly cared for. Highly recommend it for a taste of luxury and serenity, with a side of chocolate!

Best hotel I've stayed in by far!! Very peaceful setting with a premium feel. The hotel and pools are stunning, everything on our stay has been top notch. Lovely views with our own swim up pool to the room. Food fantastic and so much choice for an all inclusive. Also, there are so many free sun beds! There have been no guests throwing their towels down early to claim their place by the pool for the day (MASSIVE BONUS!!). Very impressed and will be recommending for sure! Thank you very much.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days at the end of August...and this was hands down one of the best holiday experiences we have ever had!!!!
The rooms were beautiful and luxurious, and the resort had loads of facilities to explore and relax in.
The views were amazing, but the best part of our trip was interacting with the staff members.
The Sous Chef, Miaoulis, was so accommodating to my allergies, single-handedly preparing dinner and dessert every night. Not only was the food amazing, but he was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Staff such as Anastasia and Luigi made our dining experiences so exquisite!!
And the pool bar staff, MarieLou, Emmanuel and Armella made every single evening a night to remember, with quick and friendly services, alongside some very delicious drinks :)

Mayia is one of the best resorts we’ve ever been to. We typically go to Excellence properties in Mexico for all-inclusive vacations, and Mayia is at the same level in our mind.
Positives:
- Food at all of the restaurants other than the Asian restaurant. Food options during the day were plentiful and very high quality. Dinners at the Italian and Greek restaurants were incredible; fantastic ambiance and food that was much better than the typical all-inclusive fare. The All Day restaurant and Street Food stand were fantastic as well. The Asian restaurant was not up to the same standard as the other restaurants.
- Drinks - Very high quality ingredients and well made. You can ask for any premium liquor you want.
- Service - Fantastic from start to finish. Always present but not overbearing staff. Great service by the pool.
- Rooms - Incredibly clean and comfortable. We were offered a paid upgrade to a swim out suite, but the sea view room was the same minus the pool and it had a much better view.
- Vibe - We went at the end of the season and the resort was not fully occupied, but the vibe was incredibly relaxed, definitely not a party resort. This was very welcome for us this trip.
- Gym - A very well-appointed gym for a resort.
- Parking - Tons of free parking at the hotel if you hire a care.
Negatives:
- Dinner the last night of the season was only served in the Asian restaurant. We were informed of this via a note in our room when we returned from dinner on the second to last night. We understand having only one restaurant open on the last night, but not telling people until the night before was an unwelcome surprise. Letting guests know earlier in the week so they can plan for restaurant closures would be much better.
- Breakfast - Generally, the breakfast buffet is very good. There is no variation from day to day, but it’s not difficult to find something to eat. One thing that would drastically improve breakfast is an actual made to order omelet or crepe bar. The premade omelets are not great. The fresh orange juice was fantastic though!
Overall, Mayia was an incredible resort. We were there for 10 days and weren’t ready to leave when the time came. We’ll definitely be back in the future.
