Great location. Sadly the food is very basic unless you like a salad for every meal. The snack bar if your vegetarian is a no go, on our 1st day the menu showed pizza burgers waffles etc you could only have a meat based meal the pizza & waffles where unavailable all week. We arrived at 1.30 am at the Hotel no water available in the room fridge, i had to come back down to reception to try find some. cold water is not available around the resort in fridges as we have been used to in previous holidays you have to ask if not on the bat points. On returning to the room to make a much needed coffee after hours of travel we found the refreshment area very strange the only usable socket for the kettle was on the floor not at the refreshment area also no cups in the room good job we bring our own. Note to self bring a spoon next time as little wood stirrers where all that where available. The entertainment was not the best or last very long each evening but we made our own with lovely people we met on the resort. The pool area is nice and relaxed no sunbed wars also they have a beach area.

A hudge let down. We came here as a group of 8 (four couples). I never booked it.
The hotel is clean enough but the food is horrendous.
The entrainment staff during the day are great but the same staff do the evening entertainment which is boring and not put together professionally. Management please hire in professional people for evening entertainment as it's boring.
The bar doesn't have enough staff working to serve multiple guests, as making cocktails takes a long time. Management, if you're reading this employee, more staff at the pool bar during busy times as the wait time for a drink is ridiculous.
The food is the worst part, I've been to six hotels in Turkey, and this is the worst for food. It's the same junk every day with no thought into presentation or anything. Not being able to bring other food into the burger bar is retarded as my wife doesn't eat burgers. Equally not being able to eat the burger outside of the burger area is also retarded. Management, please review this rule its truely pointless.
The rooms are fine, very dated and basic but that doesn't bother me however it had no ironing facility and the fridge turns off when you leave the room so it's pointless really as your almost never in your room.
The entrainment staff are great, but the pool barmen are miserable, and asking them for a cocktail somehow upsets them which is weird.
When you arrive at the reception, they ask if you have any dietary requirements or intolerances, which is pointless because they absolutely don't change, cater, or even care. Seems like a tick in the box question with no follow through when you arrive.
The major upside is the location, on the beach.
I will 100% not be returning to this hotel which is a shame.
***Update as of 24th August ****
They hired some semi-professional dancers for an entire 30 minutes at 21:30. Now just background music for the rest of the night 😂
Management go to the Aqua hotel next door and look at their evening entertainment.

When we arrived for the welcome meeting we were greeted by queue of moaning people and thought this doesn't look good. We said we would judge for yourselfs and we had small miner bits like not enough coat hangers and they were rectified immediately. Overall a fab time . The beach is great soft sand calm water sunbeds if you get there early enough. The pool was great again you got to get up early to get one . Staff lovely cannot do enough for you ! Would we return YES !

Room didn't meet anywhere near our expectations /Hays rep said it was a good hotel.Shame the delivers are below our room.Bar service was hopeless I complained directly to the manager and over the next week this has improved markedly.
Main restaurant buffet style fair choice and quality 4 out of 5.Outdoor grill good burgers lunchtime and you can book for night time Asian style food 4 out of 5.Great staff inspire of problems.

If you are looking for a fun, entertaining hotel with good customer service a priority, then this is not the hotel to come to. If you are British then I would not recommend coming here at all as they make you feel like an inconvenience. When you order at the bar, someone just comes along and orders in a non english language and they will get served before you. This happened numerous times during the week.
Rooms - average but good enough. The fridge goes off when you leave the room, so its pointless having it really. They never clean the room and we had our towels replaced once during the week, I had to get my own from the cupboard one day.
Food - average, the selection is ok with plenty of salad, breads, cheeses but the mains are usually dry and overcooked. They do not cater for vegetarian or food intolerance and they are not interested in going out of their way to try and help either. The a la carte restaurant food is pretty good when you dine there but for some reason they wouldn't let our friend eat with us as she had to get some veg food from the main restaurant, ridiculous!
Entertainment- apparently it's not their 'vibe'. This is what we were told by the Guest relations when they asked us about our stay. The staff try hard in the day to get people involved and put on darts, beer pong or water polo and they do group dance by the pool. The night time is pretty poor though, they have an act on for half an hour and then just play some music on the system. There is a 5* hotel next door and most nights we were watching their acts from our balcony as it was really good!
Spa facilities - good. The sauna is free and hot, they also provide massage and Turkish baths. I had a bit of a sore from the scrub in the Turkish bath and they gave me a free massage to compensate, only after I persisted though.
Bar - there is only 1 bar that serves and most of the time they don't have enough staff to handle the demand. They run out of alcohol if you have too many cocktails. Cold water is non existent here.
Guest relations - haha! They had a lady walk round asking about your stay and if there was anything they could improve but that's as far as it goes. We asked for bananas in the restaurant as they were only available one day but we never seen the again. Same with water in the fridge in the rooms, we asked if we could have some available and they bought some up to us that night and then never seen any again.
Setting - really nice. The pool has plenty of sunbeds and it leads on to the beach just 20m away the also has loads of sunbeds. There are sofas scattered around to chill out on too. A lovely location but not the experience to suit. I would not come back or recommend to anyone else unfortunately.
