Great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice. The receptionist Ivan was a saint. He went above and beyond with our queries and help. The pool was very nice with a shallow kiddie pool in the corner. It was cute that we would come back to our rooms cleaned with different animal shapes made with the towels. The only issue we had with the room was with the beds, the were on wheels so kept moving around when we turned over in our sleep and was just very annoying as it kept hitting off the headboard when sitting or asleep on the bed. The location is a bit far from the main strip if you have young kids or are a young couple so I would take that into consideration

We recently stayed here on a 1 week trip to our beloved Tenerife, it's a lovely place and all the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff Ivan, Lola, and Tamsir 😊. The surrounding gift shops are cheaper than down by the beach, so definitely buy your gifts in the shops here. The restaurants nearby are also lovely. The beach is about 5 to 7 minutes away if you take the shortcut which is down by the Mercadona car park, it's very steep but one evening we caught a taxi from Playa Vista back to the hotel and it was only €3.25. This definitely a quieter part of the island, but that's exactly what we wanted. There's a lovely pool and pool bar, we liked it that much here we are looking to go back for a month in December/January.

Our last day here today, first time staying here. Overall the hotel is good but little things could make it so much better. We were BB, breakfast was ok, mixture of fruit, meats, cheese, cereal, rolls, bread, pancakes, bacon, beans, eggs, sausages. Pool was very quiet and not overly big, also no music around pool so lacks a bit of atmosphere , spa not open, games room not open, always a sunbed available. Rooms a little dated and yes not a lot of sockets but we brought an extension lead. Cleaners were fantastic. Road side room very noisy again we had ear plugs could be a problem if I didn’t. Location is near to supermarket a walking distance 10/15 to LC or LA. Pool bar very quiet but reasonable priced. Although no menus on table so we didn’t realise we could buy food until midway through holiday. I was puzzled that we could not get a late checkout as hotel was not full and quiet and we were willing to pay extra. There is a shower room you can use if ur flight is later but the shower is cold water and there is no hairdryer to use in this room. Overall it could be excellent with a few small tweaks.

Recently stayed at Marola Park, it is very clean, nice and quiet as well as being conveniently located close to nice restaurants and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. All the staff are an asset to the place, Iban and Gerard are very helpful in reception. Every morning, staff are cleaning by the pool and washing the sun loungers down. Very helpful staff and nothing is too much to ask.

We've stayed here a couple of times over the last 10 years or so. Located about 10-minute walk from the centre of Los Cristianos and 15 minutes from Playa de Las Americas, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Rooms always very clean. Some reviews mention the small hot water tank, which is a fair comment, so you do have to be careful, but who wants a piping hot shower in 32 degree heat? The rooms are probably a little short on electricity sockets, but if you buy a travel plug with a couple of usb sockets for your tech you'll be fine. Breakfast is excellent. Stayed here half board once and the evening meal buffet was also very good. Nice pool with a little bar. The bar is not always staffed but someone checks regularly to see if any one is waiting to be served
