Perfect location, close to the metro, the beach and Marina Walk – ideal for both relaxation and fun.

Special appreciation to the hotel management for running everything perfectly – such an elegant and welcoming place.

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff were polite, courteous and always kind. The reception team and the breakfast room staff were also very friendly.
Our suite was really spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. We didn’t notice any noise, even though we had been warned about it beforehand.
The only downside was the breakfast — quite disappointing, especially considering it was included in the suite price. You had to pay extra for a cappuccino instead of an Americano, which doesn’t make much sense. The food quality was average and the selection very limited.
The pool area was nice, with very attentive staff.
The hotel is also in a great location, very convenient for exploring Dubai Marina.

This hotel used to be good and have a nice restaurant inside offering nice buffet for Ramadan iftar. But recently i was shocked to see the kind of scamming in one of the restaurants which obviously the hotel management is also involved. I met someone from one of the dating apps and my plan was to go to Starbucks at Marina Walk but the girl was insisting to go to this hotel so i thought maybe she wants to go to the same restaurant i went before couple of times for Ramadan iftar but it was a different one and it was actually a club. So i told her before entering that i dont do clubbing especially that i dont drink alcohol, i only smoke. Then she asked just to enter and see it inside. After entering inside, it clearly looks very suspicious to me. Low class and suspicious club, and all people sitting there is one man and one woman only. You wont see group of friends for example sitting there. I told her i wont sit here although she already chose a table and sit already while im still standing. I knew it immediately that there is something wrong so i left leaving that girl behind me. When i reached the door, two huge security guards in the size of Australian cows refused to open the door despite i asked them multiple times to open the door but they asked me to wait till they make sure i paid the bill, and i told them there is no bill to be paid because i didn’t even sit in that stinky place. I was hoping for the guards to not obey and not open the door for me because it will give me a golden opportunity to file a court case against the hotel and that bar for locking in my freedom but lucky for them they opened the door and i left. Next day i opened the reviews here and understood what is going on over there. I dont know where is Dubai Police and Ministry of Tourism and Dubai Municipality from this place. Im very happy for saving myself from a major scam

The hotel itself is nice — clean, comfortable, and with good facilities like a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfasts are tasty with a good variety of options. However, it’s currently under renovation, so sometimes service can be a bit slower. One thing to keep in mind: make sure you have online proof of payment or a receipt, as the hotel may ask for confirmation. I had a small issue with this and had to pay again using another card. Apart from that, everything was fine, and overall it’s a good place to stay.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. From the first moment, the attention of the staff was impeccable: always attentive, friendly and willing to help in everything. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern, with a super comfortable bed and all the necessary comforts to rest like at home. The view from the window was spectacular, especially at sunset.
