We have just come back from our holiday after spending two weeks at Marianna, this hotel is lovely very clean and in a great location just a short walk from bars and restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets, the food in the pool bar and cafe is very good and very reasonably priced, we had a few drinks in the cocktail bar which is also very good, we were in room 214 which has a nice large balcony from which you can see the salt lake, the fly screens are great you can leave the doors open without the bugs coming in, the only thing missing was a hairdryer and we hadn't taken ours, but sitting on the balcony our hair dried quickly. We were also able to watch the sunset over the mountains from our balcony lovely.

We had a fantastic two weeks everyone was very polite and helpful. The location was near to everything very flat for people with walking difficulty. The pool bar restaurant was superb and the night bar was excellent the barman could not do enough always making small cocktails for you to enjoy. We would recommend anyone to stay there all the best to all of the staff for making our holiday memorable Paul and Teresa Room 204.

Run by a good family team. The pool is very good. The rooms are cool- didn't need AC in August. Good semi rural location close to restaurants, car rental, supermarket, bus stop for Kos Town. Cockerels in the morning. 10 minute walk to a great beach. Very good for a late check out with separate showers and changing.
Room showers a bit small but powerful. WiFi intermittent on occasion. Seems to attract an interesting bunch of clients. Small TV but English language films every night (Greek subtitles) on 2 channels. Adequate cooking facilities for breakfast and snacks.
But the staff are the stars, especially Stella.

We booked for 6 nights and arrived knackered after flight delays to be told Marianna’s was OVERBOOKED so had to move to down the road to non self catering accommodation. Not happy.
Told to come back after 2 days and were expecting to continue holiday at Marianna’s as planned …. But STILL OVERBOOKED.
Given the ONLY OPTION to move into a beach hotel. We arrrived there to discover it was in the middle of nowhere 2.5km out of the village,
RESULT - ruined holiday and heavily out of pocket.
DO NOT USE THIS ACCOMMODATION
We have been coming for years and were treated in this shameful way.

Location is great for this hotel, plenty of restaurants to choose from, a 5 minute walk to the beach. The cocktail bar in the hotel is the best we found, the cocktails were amazing. Great customer service too. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were a little old fashioned and basic but we didn't come on holiday to sit in a hotel room. Would definitely recommend!
