We love this hotel however since Covid the gym is not available until 9.00. Prior to Covid the gym could be used any time with your room key.
Location, excellent 5 minutes from the centre with all the bars, restaurants & shops.
Staff very friendly, always great to see the same faces and to meet the new staff.
Rooms, everything you could need including fridge.
Food, really good variety and good quality.
Facilities, bars very good with lots of choice for drinks. Library massive with plenty of choice. Pool always cold but very good. Sun terraces, great and the new one on floor 8 is brilliant but there was no bar open in March. Entertainment kept things going. Gym open 9.00 till 22.00.

Lovely hotel, really nice staff. It's a large hotel and obviously has a lot of guests. However, I don't feel that the facilities are big enough for the amount of guests. The restaurant gets very crowded and the tables are quite close together, making it awkward for people to move around. Maybe it would work better if they had longer serving times, use the BBQ restaurant by the pool bar, or even used Pepe's bar as a restaurant. Just to alleviate the cramped conditions in the main restaurant. The food was good, service was good, it was just way too cramped. The room was a nice size, very clean and we had a great view of the pool and the sea in the distance. Luckily, there was no outside entertainment. If there had been outside activities then it would have been quite noisy.

Stayed with my family for a week recently. Hotel was very clean, food was always nice with a good variety, I will however say there's too many tables in the main restaurant and manoeuvring around was very tricky at times. They do advise you to avoid the busiest slots though.
Entertainment was fantastic and despite coming over out of season David was great at keeping the adults (and my 2 energetic daughters) entertained throughout our stay.
Rooms were a bit basic but there's not much we really needed extra, could use a repair as they're looking a bit worn in places but on the whole can't complain.
Sadly the weather wasn't the best for us to use the pool to its full potential and the pool itself was mostly in the shade, however I'm sure in the summer months it would be used to it's full potential.
Really happy with our stay and gutted we're home.

We have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very clean. My husband is a coeliac and the staff have gone out of their way to make sure what he can, and cannot, eat. The food is good and varied. There is a lovely coffee bar. The location is good , near the town centre the beach is a steep walk down but not impossible (there is a free bus if you want it). Our last visit was for three weeks and this March we are booked for another three weeks.

A lovely trip. Great drinks and food. Rooms very clean and a lovely environment. Special shout out to Nerea behind the bar who was wonderful! A credit to the team :)
