We had a pass day for the Acqua Park, we enjoyed the Water Slides, the restaurant prices though was a little bit expensive for a 3 stars hotel ( Pizza thon 26dt ), imagine a family of 4 or 5 it will cost them equal to 1 night stay at the hotel !! Otherwise the pools were clean and great animation too.

The hotel is old. The rooms are cleaned at 3 points. The dishes in the dining room are broken. (When I asked to bring me a fork and spoon, they simply wiped them with a napkin and gave them to me. Whoever will be relaxing there, take a look and observe. Everything is greasy and dirty everywhere.. With a dirty rag from the table and the floor😆😆😆. The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars. ///A weak hotel....Peace to everyone in the hotel!!

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever resided in!
Firstly, they gave us absolutely disgusting rooms, took us a day to finally come to an agreement and have moderately good rooms! We were 4 adults and 2 children. To which, we reserved an extra room for my mother in law and her brother, but due to inability to reserve through check24 without a plane ticket for my mother in law and her brother who are residing in tunisia, I was forced to reserve a room under my husband’s name with his daughter, and a room for myself, expecting to pay the difference for the 2 extra adults at the property. Thanks to the manager of the hotel, we managed to have a reasonable price for just adding 2 people in the room reserved under my name! So as my husband is, for 2 weeks, my husband was very friendly with the staff and kept tipping them well with cash, so they kept on calling him the king for some reason, to which I thought was cute, but was confused on why are they giving extra attention to him, and not to the rest of his family including myself who is his WIFE! Only to find out on my last day, that someone from the reception made a rumor that my husband is some good looking Tunisian trying to get in some kind of a relation with a European woman with a child. Funnily, that is my step daughter, and that rumor was absolutely unnecessary and disgusting in my opinion! I never felt so humiliated in my entire life! Especially that this rumor was based on the fact that we reserved an extra room on my name to add 2 people as we couldn’t add them on our initial reservation! It is very annoying that the staff enters into the personal business of the customers, and come up with such disgusting rumours! Bear in mind I am pregnant with my husband’s child, and I hear such disgusting talks behind our back!
I will never again reside in this hotel. And I find the mentality disgusting as well as the rooms being completely under the standard expected, and definitely not according to the pictures!
The food wasn’t the best, in fact we all got sick at some point from the food served!
It says all inclusive, but the all inclusive bar doesn’t supply with much they don’t even have non alcoholic mocktails or beer, so I had to buy most of the food and drinks that I wanted from their other bar that wasn’t part of all inclusive!
I highly discourage having a holiday in this hotel! I read the reviews below but still reserved based on a friend’s recommendation, and was very disappointed!
