Perfect location, beautiful room, with added bonus of private balcony. Rooms serviced every other day, ie bedding changed, fresh towels etc. Washing up liquid etc supplied, complementary toiletries in the bathroom, hairdryer in the bathroom.
Negatives, no lifts, no handrails on the stairs/steps. Ground floor requested due to mobility but none available. We were given a room, with a private balcony (possibility because of it being hubby's birthday while we were there. Much appreciated) However three flights of stairs, no support to help get the cases up or down the stairs was quite disappointing.
The mansion side is behind the mansion apartment's. Older building but definitely has a lot of character. If you come past decades, into nazareth mansion, that actually cuts out a couple of stairs. One lot of steps to the entrance and one up to our apartment.
Overall, location is absolutely spot on, taxi rank right outside, bus stop not to far, very handy for number 3. Spar and Dino supermarket, very close by. Lots of restaurant's and bars to choose from, square, just over the road. Thank you for a lovely stay, for the upgrade of the room. Please consider some hand rails down the stairs/steps.

I spend there last year in December one week at the Nazareth Mansion. It was an amazing experience, the room was very clean and tidy and the place calm so that it was possible to rest properly.
Huge greetings to the whole team!
The staff was amazing, very kind and supportive.
The food was very tasty and for the week I spend there the meals never repeated.
For people that have issues with gluten, there are many gluten free options.
If needed the hotel is preparing something for you and explaining everything into details.
Close by you have a bus stop from where you can go by bus to Arrecife for example but also some car rental companies to get a car.
Once again thank you, I had a fantastic stay!

Our Room was tidy, neat, very well decorated and was relatively clean apart from dust and some ants in the bathroom , the cleaners came every other day and were very polite , reception staff were also polite however the only major issue was that upon arrival we were not told a time to check out , so on the final day of our stay we got a phone call from reception at 12:30pm saying that we were supposed to leave the room by 12pm and that if we didn't leave the room as soon as possible then we would be charged an extra fee. we were able to leave the room an check out quickly so we're not charged however this is still not acceptable as we were not ever pre-warned about this check out time which should have been given to us along with the information upon arrival to the hotel. This resulted in us having to leave when we were not at all ready and having to pack our suitcases in a very rushed Manor, this also ment we had no plan for when we left the hotel as our flight was a lot later in the day.

Stayed here for 2 weeks March/April. Had a first floor apartment. It had a small kitchen area, with a double hob and microwave, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, and crockery, cutlery etc. Good size lounge area with door onto private balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and a sun lounger. In the mezzanine bedroom are very comfortable twin beds, with pillows i wanted to bring home! And a bathroom, with shower over the bath. The complex itself does have quite alot of steps. I have arthritis, and did struggle a bit at times, though when we arrived, they had someone take the suitcase up for us. We didn't eat on site, so can't comment on the food, nor did we use the pool bar. There were always sunbeds available around all of the pools. Cleaners came regularly, with clean towels & bedding. The complex is opposite Pueblo Marinero, loads of bars & restaurants, and just about next door to a spar shop, where we managed to get English bacon and bread. The staff at Nazaret. What can I say? They are absolutely brilliant! We met a few different people on reception, all of them extremely friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely enjoy being there and go above and beyond. Would I return? Absolutely yes!!

Glad we trusted the positive reviews. We arrived at about 12:30 and our room was ready. The pools are lovely, the rooms have all you need, and there's a laundry room too (you do have to pay which is fair). Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't have been nicer. The location is great, near beaches, restaurants, and shops. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside. The location itself is surprisingly quiet but my only negative is the noise in the room. If you have noisy people next door like we did you'll want some earplugs. It's a clean place that's good value for money and would suit most people. Overall would definitely recommend.
