Just returned from a perfect stay. The rooms, location, bar prices were all excellent. Magda who works at the pool bar in the Sky Building was so helpful and always a smile on her face. Such a lovely lady ❤️ She is a credit to her employers ☀️🍹🍻 Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A lovely quiet hotel. Very clean and friendly motivated staff. Food choices were excellent and well prepared. We enjoyed breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant. Breakfast restaurant music was a bit of an acquired taste (eclectic jazz). Our room was quiet but fairly small the bathroom especially. It was very fresh but was showing signs of wear. The balcony was large but mostly unusable. Rooms were super clean as was the rest of the hotel. I must applaud the cleaning staff who were excellent and always happy and pleasant with the guests. Bar prices were reasonable for drinks at the pool etc. Some entertainment on in the evening but not every night.
There was some sort of dance class on a number of the days. This was quite noisy for those by the lower pool. We ended up going for a walk until it finished.
Overall a very pleasant experience and would consider rebooking but would pay for a better room.

Location : good, but view is still blocked a bit by next building. Sunset building Rooftop pool has nice view. (No bar there, only a machine to buy some drink). Very close to the beach, easy walk there.
Room : nice and clean, bed very comfortable. AC control not really easy to use and not sure whether it’s working.
Food : both breakfast and dinner are terrible! Not acceptable as a 4 star hotel. Quality and taste are really bad. Meat very hard and chewy. Some sausages contain more flour than meat and no taste. Bread is hard, Croissant is not crispy at all. Juice taste like the cheapest condensed juice and not put in enough water…
(I really don’t understand how come many people comment food is good. The only thing good was some salad, rosti, and Churros…I was happy we did not book half pension and only paid once for dinner to try it, and definitely disappointed)
Service : some of the staff are nice and tried to help. Overall the concept / service of the hotel seems not like a 4 star, rather a 3 star or less. It feels the hotel care less about customer experience but only ensure customer doesn’t take advantage of them (bar, we have to pay with Credit card or you have to deposit in the room account). Reception told us coffee in the room not supposed to be refilled. Do check-in on line, you have to do it same way yourself anyway at reception… 6 parking lots and not allowing reservation. We arrived and found out all taken. And by now I still did not get any reply on my email to inquire on parking sent before we arrived. In the end, it’s not high season yet, we could find street parking within walking distance.
Noise: we could hear things, but happily not peak season, not too much noise outside for us this time.

Good hotel but don't expect too much from the dinner buffet (drinks paid separately) or breakfast. Basic kind of buffet.
Now... I got the room with a beach view, nice balcony and nice view.
The rooms are comfortable with a massive bed ( done on an every day basis).
