This hotel was as good as we expected. The beach being right on the hotel was amazing one thing that we found strange was that you had to pay €10 for a sunbed on the beach which we thought it would have been free. The room was good, although our balcony had sewage pipes running just outside of it, and our bathroom always had a horrible smell. The food was terrible it was the same food put out all 7 days we stayed there very repetitive but the drinks were average.

The stay at Malia Bay was excellent. We had a modern room with the view of the sea and pool. Food was delicious and we enjoyed variety of meals. Stuff is friendly and tries their best to make your holiday even better.
The only inconvenience is that the city Malia is far from the hotel, about 40 minutes walk.

Cannot fault this hotel and the shopping. Everything was great, food was delicious catering for all. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in room with the swim up pool shared with others but no problem 😊
Shop directly opposite the hotel where Kristos and Terri Marie made us very welcome, and we got Everything we needed in there. A must do is the safari quad bikes Yiannis our guide was brilliant. Beach is nice and clean just make sure you have beach shoes as the sand is very hot ! Beautiful scenery etc. Will definitely be going back at some point 😄

probably one of the worst all inclusive hotels i have stayed in. My friends and i arrived at 10pm to check in to our hotel, we were then taken half way to our room then told we have no booking for tonight. It was clear this was a common theme as there were groups of people asleep on the sofas, or complaining about having no room. We then showed confirmation and said we do. The male receptionist then backtracked to say our room has no power/water so we can't have a room tonight. After going back and forth we were put in a temporary room which was essentially a dark back room with no windows. One of the beds was a bench with a pillow on it. We were offered a free round of drinks after the all inclusive had finished as an apology, we then had to pay for the drinks! The door to the room did not lock from the inside and barely shut properly, the aircon might as well not have worked and the bathroom was still covered in sand like it hadn't been cleaned. The next day we were told we could have our actual room. We headed up with the female receptionist who then opened the door in shock and said we need to wait another 2 hours. When we finally got our room it had an overall smell of sick the floor was covered in wet dirty mop marks.
In our whole weeks stay our room was cleaned once, after we complained to reception. On a separate occasion the receptionist gave us a please clean me sign to hang on the door, which the cleaner then took of the door and didn't clean our room. To add to this, the cleaner didn't have a key to our room so we had to leave the door unlocked everyday. The all inclusive is pretty shocking, with a list of drinks you have to pay for. Paying extra for a bottle of water at an all inclusive restaurant is not acceptable and the hotel private beach you have to pay for a sun-bed doesn't quite add up. The food is average and the drinks are quite shocking. To add the hotel has an overall bad smell which is very off putting. Would not come back here!

Amazing stay! Bright, comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. The food was excellent with lots of variety. The hotel has a perfect location right by the beach and it has four pools for relaxing moments. Malia Bay really exceeded our expectations — can’t wait to return!
