Absolutely wonderful hotel, highly recommended. Great location, close to the Marina, beach and promenade and places to eat. Despite that it feels private and secluded. There's a pretty Mediterranean courtyard for coffee after a delicious breakfast. Staff are friendly, attentive and extremely hard working yet always cheerful. Spa facilities are free but you need to book the indoor hydrotherapy pool and saunas. We had 2 evening meals there and, like the breakfast, such a fabulous choice of food.

We have just returned from the Mac Puerto Marina and can highly recommend this hotel. It was spotless, the food was excellent and is in the best location in Benalmedina being a very short distance from the beautiful marina. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I emailed the hotel on a couple of occasions before we went and they answered my question immediately. We had a really relaxing holiday there.

Really great hotel for our golf trip. Fantastic location for getting around Benalmadena, great for bars and restaurants and getting to the beach. Rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean. Food is of a good quality and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend for a golf group, we had a fantastic time. Well done to everyone at the hotel. 👌

A great hotel for getting around Benalmadena and Torremolinos! Upon arrival we were offered a complimentary glass of bubbly, which was very welcoming. The room minibar was also stocked with 6 drinks, free of charge - again, a great way to welcome you. Food from the buffet was generally of good quality, although I found that the 'theme' of each night was generally ignored for the 4 nights that we visited - 1 or 2 limited themed dishes out of 20 doesn't really provide a theme, in my opinion. I absolutely loved the freshly made soups available each night, don't miss this! Staff were super friendly throughout, from reception, to the bars, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Spa was also fantastic!
The standard courtyard view room was a great size and well furnished and decorated. However, we visited at the end of February/start of March and encountered a rather puzzling issue with how the hotel manage their AC. I noticed that the room was not cooling down, despite having the AC on the coldest temperature, only to be advised by reception that in the winter months "the central heating does not permit the use of AC and the ceiling fan can be used to cool down". I found this quite ridiculous, if being honest - although the Spanish may consider 16-19 degrees as winter, those from other, colder countries would consider this as being warm and as such, want to be able to cool themselves down as they please. Furthermore, the ceiling fan in our room was nothing more than decorative, with only a single speed that didn't create even a slight breeze. As such, we ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open and rely on this as the only way to cool the room down, which, being situated above the bar, caused a lot of noise and a constant smell of cigarettes while we slept. Even worse is that because of this central heating 'choice', the bathroom has absolutely no air, at any time, given that they don't have a window and in the 'winter', no air turned on, making for a super unpleasant experience while using.
Overall, this AC choice/issue is what made this a 4 star experience over a 5 star experience for us and would prevent us from otherwise making this hotel an auto-rebook, at similar times of the year in the future. Guests should be permitted to control their levels of personal heat/comfort at their choice, all year round.

Excellent hotel. Large modern room with a huge bed. Spotlessly clean. Large walk in shower with great pressure.
Great breakfast with everything you could ever want
Only negative is the parking ... had to park in public car park approx 300m away
