It is impossible to receive a better service than this brilliant hotel provides. All the Staff are happy and totally committed to making everyone feel valued. It is so evident that the management appreciate all their employees and in return they radiate happiness which makes the guests feel valued. I highly recommend you stay here and can guarantee you would not be disappointed.

Just back from a week here, our first doing a half board hotel stay. From the moment we walked in to be offered a complimentary drink, to the moment we walked out the service was excellent. All the staff are smiling, friendly & helpful. The restaurant staff, in particular Ana Billy (I think his name was) with his funny way of saying “Lovely” in a Yorkshire accent (we are from Yorkshire) work really hard to make sure that everything runs smoothly & that it is an enjoyable dining experience for guests. The range of food in the restaurant is very good, a variety of cuisines available at both breakfast & dinner; also the possibility of a glass of Cava with breakfast makes it’s just that bit special.
Our room was a standard double with a balcony - it overlooked some nice gardens & a quiet back road which was no problem to us at all. The beds were a good size & comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe/drawer space plus some complimentary drinks in the fridge. One slight criticism would be the bath - it felt just slightly awkward to step out from the shower from the back of the bath with its slanting back & no handrail for safety.
If you are a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs - the corridors are tiled & sound can echo but that is just a personal preference on my part.
The hotel is close to the Marina & beach plus bus stops a short walk away. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the hotel at all & we hope to return next year.

We liked it. The biggest plus is that most of the staff is genuine happy and serviceminded which makes the stay very pleasant.
The food is decent but not excellent. U have to pay for water even with half board. This is something that should be included in my opinion.
The room cleaning is done very well but some of the furniture shows visible signs of wear and tear and the bed is quite hard compared to the standard we are used too.
The pool is smaller than the perception from the pictures and smaller than what we are used to from Gran Canaria but big enough to swim and cool off.
All in all, likeable and decent. Again, excellent staff and service.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location for walking the promenades, strolling around the marina or catching a service bus Futher afield. The food is plentiful and of a good choice. Every other night seems to be a themed evening. Japanese, Indian, Mexico etc. the rooms are clean with big comfy beds. Our lovely maid Julia provided us with plug in mosquito killers after I mentioned to her that we had one buzzing around in our room. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and polite. At the time of our visit we found it was more of a mature clientele which was nice. Our ground floor bedroom off the reception was handy for the pool area and access too and from the hotel, no waiting around for the lift. The only drawback is the corridor is not carpeted and so the noise on an evening can be a little overwhelming when some guests forget others may have retired early.

Great hotel, very polite and helpful staff, great experience with the hotel's spa especially the massage made by Eva and Mirabel, you get out very relaxed. Nice location, close to the sea, there are also a lot of restaurants around.
