Pro: The room was comfortable and there was a sensible selection of crockery. Housekeeping were efficient, maintenance were quick to fix problems, and the hotel was generally clean. The mini market has a decent selection and is reasonably priced, with a clever free water deal at certain spend levels - good way to keep tourists from dehydration! The Sky pool and bar were also well maintained. Location is good for the beach and Mellieha centre is either walkable (note that it's hilly) or quick by buses. Cons: The apartment is poorly laid out and of no benefit for a couple, or even two couples because the double bed is in the main living space. It's only useful if you have children young enough to go to bed earlier. The kitchenette is beyond basic and has no food storage except the fridge. The Sky bar is poorly stocked - with such a wide range of Maltese wine available, it's a shame that the bar has only cheap 'red' or 'white'. The Sky bar also closes strangely early. Some of the pillows have totally shredded stuffing and should be thrown out. Suggested improvements: Put small tables and lighting on the balconies Improve stock in bar Provide some food storage in the kitchenette Buy new, bigger towels

We had a great 10 days here, rooms were clean and food was good, my wife is gluten intolerant, and the staff went out of their way to help her . Swimming pools of which there are two were clean and always had room in them , and the location is great, beach only a two minute walk away. But it's the staff who should be given credit for making this hotel so good, from the receptionists to the cleaners , they are all wonderful people. Thank you for a great stay in Malta 🇲🇹 🙏 ❤️

Lovely hotel. Staff clean room and change towels every day. Great convenient cheap shop on site. Bar restaurant and rooftop and normal pool. Great for the money and highly recommend.

I can't give this hotel enough stars. The staff are the very best I've ever come across. Our daughter who lives in Malta became unwell when we visited her and the staff went out of their way to help us and arrange for us to extend our stay. The hotel is modern, well appointed, well serviced, welcoming and the staff are happy and always helpful. I am so glad I got to stay here.

We stayed at Luna as a last minute getaway in April. Luckily, we had 2 lovely warm days and the sky pool is an absolute delight - plenty of corners to escape the wind, immaculately clean and tranquil (no kids, ambient music) with 360 views. The water was cold but entry necessary! The complex itself has everything you need to hand, including a variety of great restaurants in close proximity. There's even a bus stop with frequent buses right outside the hotel. Brilliant!
