This was a last minute decision and really would go back. Joaquin and staff are great. The location is superb if you use the paths rather than main roads etc you can get to Golden Mile very quick. Room itself is really nicely decorated. I was in a room next to one of the pathways and people do walk by and so bit different. The place is secure and there was shutters on my room, might not sound great but I was ok with it. Breakfast was basic but good selection and worth getting. Pool and seating good. It very much is a boutique vibe. Location brilliant for the bars and beaches.

Let's start with the positive: room is nice.
However, I do not recommend. I booked over telephone (friendly guy, no issue there!) and mentioned I neede to walk there taking me 20-30 mins. He who ensured me I'd be fine just mentioning my name and otherwise ring back.
About 30 mins later I arrived at the property.
A security guard who spoke no other languages tried to help me but couldn't. I've spent 30 more at the reception ending up calling back to phone guy who ensured me it would be "just a couple of minutes" I asked him if it was sure I'd have accomodation withon reasonable time as I am working next day (medical doctor) and otherwise I'll book another hotel. He ensured me just some minutes.
Another 30 minutes waiting I had to provide my details. I ended up getting a key (halleluja!) and the guy walks me back to a cabin in the front right across BLASTING music and an iron door that kept falling in lock heavily resonating. Absolutely NOT fit for a night sleep for a working professional. My comment about the noise was ignored or not understood.
I asked about the wifi, was told 'manana' leaving me with no way my patient could reach me.
Don't get me wrong, they all probably intended well, but I ended up in a situation where they expected me to pay 120€ a night for blasting music, no wifi and a checkin service over an hour going over midnight. Calling this a "boutique" hotel is very misleading to me as for the service one would expect from such.
I think they had reasonable alternative options:
• not accept booking knowing no reasonable check in would be possible they couldn't deliver
• be honest about time it would take to complete my check-in: allowing me to decline and book another hotel
• put me in a quite cabin near the pool to avoid any further disturbance after such an unpleasant start knowing I had to
go in for work the next day
So please think twice: if you're here on business avoid at any cost!

Worst breakfast I have ever had. Most of the employees were very disrespectful against my friends and me. The cleaning staff were very nice and they work very hard and fast. We couldn’t jump in the pool and they got very mad at us when we did that for the first time. One guy at the reception was very friendly.

Lovely place, pool is nice and peacefull and the area is perfect! The best part of our stay was the staff ,specially Dylano! He made our holiday…we will be back!

Mixed feelings about our stay here. On one hand it was great, the pool area was nice and calm, and lovely pathways to walk by. The lady at the reception was happy to help.
But on the other hand, the area was noisy during the night, the walls, especially the doors, are thin, you can hear through. We had small ants in our room even though we were on the second floor. The bathroom faucet was super nasty, and had probably not been cleaned for quite some time (image attached). The room had some teabags provided, and they looked old and water-damaged. Quite nasty to be honest.
Breakfast was okay, not good, not bad. Could have been more variety. Some things felt like they were brought up from the freezer and microwaved before serving, like spanish omelette.
We also planned to go on an excursion one day, start 15 minutes before breakfast opened. We asked the guy at the reception if picnic was possible, he said absolutely not (even if we had already paid for breakfast). Later that day there was a lady at the reception, and we asked her about the picnic, and she on the other hand assured it would be possible. We then went to the bar 7:30 in the morning to pick up the picnic, the guy from the previous day was once again there and was super confused and said it was not possible, almost angry at us. But when we insisted that the lady said it was okay, he started packing a picnic bag for us. It was all very confusing. In general, I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast from this place
