We Just love the hotel there was just q problem about the noice from the road. But everything except from that was beautiful. Especially the guest contact Cansu Beceren helped us about everything. Thanks a lot.

I haven’t been here but been here… so we booked Long beach resort and Spa the Main bigger hotel. Harmony looks and feels like a 2star or 3 star but has nice swimming pools. Most of their guests come to our hotel. Harmony main restaurant did not seem very hygienic. A lot of flies, old lifts and very outdated but this is because I only look for top of the range and even then along Beach resort was just decent. I would never ever book Harmony hotel. I work hard for my money and I have seen the prices were similar. But then again you get access to everything anyway.

I have stayed this hotel 4 times for holiday, it is an exceptional experience and definitely enjoyed the best service. The food, the entertainment were fantastic. The rooms are clean and perfectly managed. Besides, during big Turkey earthquake, they opened their rooms for earthquake victims and they gave the excellent service, they treat us as a VIP customers and gave all efforts to make us feel comfortable. I don't know how I could show my gratitude them, I was very happy to use their service in my good times and stayed there 4 times. In our bad time, they were the ones open their doors to us. This hotel itself, people working there and management, they all deserve all appraisal. Do not hesitate using this hotel and their service.

Stayed here august 2023 for 10 days. This was like 3 stays in one. We saw so many sides of this mega huge and busy hotel. It was hard to rate. 3/5 seems to low but 4/5 is definitely too high. Wow what can I say. I did a few videos on TikTok on this hotel one of which went viral. The rooms are nice and clean so are the pools and toilets. The weather was great. The beach is 5-8 mins walk through an under ‘highway’ tunnel. The beach is sandy clean beach. BUT I have some issues with hotels claiming to be 5 star and charging a lot of money for all inclusive! The system with beach/pool towels is outdated. Requiring people to exchange towels cards for towels and having only a few towel stations that accept a limited number of changes is ridiculous. Just let people not stress and give towels freely. This system is not necessary at all. But my big turn off was…. Food & drinks Breakfast (in the main dining room) is from 7-10 then from 10-11 there is an even less tasty scaled down mini version of breakfast. Avoid it. Make breakfast proper or wait until lunch which is served 12-5pm. Diner is served at 7-9. The food is average to good in parts. However, if you love pizza, pasta, potatoes, rice, fries & spaghetti bolognaise - you will be in heaven. I love that stuff put they offer it as an option all the time everywhere and you wouldn’t believe how many people only want that breakfast lunch and diner everyday. Anyway… the salad bar is fine I guess but after 10 days I was starting to get bored. Again though the food isn’t bad it’s just uninspired especially when you stay for more than a week. For breakfast I often had pancakes an omelette and fruit. For lunch I often had grilled meat or fish, fries and salad. For diner I often had grilled fish, meat, stew and rice/potatoes. One of our party was a vegetarian - they were more or less fine with the food. DRINKS!!! I can’t believe in a 5 star all inclusive resort in a hot/tropical place that there isn’t fresh and readily available FREE fruit juice. There is the super sweet from concentrate fruit drink from a vending machine you can get but I can’t believe there is no free fresh juice. IF YOU WANT TO PAY THERE IS A FRESH ORANGE JUICE STAND INSIDE THE DINING ROOM SET UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM THAT CHARGE €4 OR $4 PER GLASS - they also take card. For a glass of juice in an all inclusive 5 star restaurant. The alcohol is not main line spirits. I don’t know if they are watered down for sure but let’s just say barmen are filling glasses half full with gin with a splash of some unknown not so high quality tonic and it didn’t taste super strong. The last 5 start all inclusive hotel I went to there were only real and well known top branded spirits and mixers. Most guests here are Dutch & Belgian. Followed by English then Eastern Europeans & Russians. The receptionists speak decent English but the waiters and staff typically don’t understand a word. The ice cream, smoothie, candy floss and fries stands dotted around the resort all charge so be careful, not everything here is part of the all inclusive package. If you know where to look and can wait for the right time, many of these things are also free in some form. The many kids water parks/slides are great. The kids club is really focussed for 6/7 and younger. So would I recommend this place? Yes if you get a good price and don’t have mega high standards. The kids in our group had fun.

Perfect hotel for everyone, I’ve lost the count of how many times we have visited this place, yet never disappointed us in any way. Perfect service from the staff, amazing facilities, great entertainment and some unforgettable experiences, thank you to our favourite Giorgi from the animation team who made our holiday even more exciting and unforgettable.
