Great hotel, good location opposite the Marina close enough yet far enough away from the hustle of the main strip. Rooms are modern clean and well maintained. Lost a point for the shower door leaking (provided extra towels to stop the water, poor design of the cubicle is the problem) Staff are helpful and friendly, sorted my rental car. Breakfast is very nice fresh and tasty. Served in the restaurant adjacent. Plenty of good places to eat near by. Great views across the marina and bay, Pool area is pretty cool as well.

I am disappointed by the service at the hotel and the staff were useless and rude, no ac for 4 nights, 30-33 degrees outside, didn’t clean the room properly fixed the old sheets and just put new towels Ontop of bed.the pool on the rooftop is a pool for children not adults, in order to change the room wanted us to pack everything and move to another room in 10mins when we explained we have a boat trip on 15 mins so hotel waved all compensation because we decided to go on our boat ride, the food was okay basic breakfast with limited menu. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was nice but bathroom not in the best shape. AC was working, but the temperature setting wasn’t really working well so sometimes it was even too cold (comparing to 40 degrees outside). Also, even though the AC was turned off, the ventilation sounds in the room were still very loud. Other than this, around midnight EVERY NIGHT there was a repeating every 15min very loud THUD coming from above? Which was very weird as above there was only the rooftop that closes at 11pm. The THUD was loud enough to scare you and wake you up while falling asleep so without earplugs it would have been impossible to rest. The receptionist promised to check it with a technician but nothing changed throughout a week of stay. The internet was very slow. Water only in the hall on the 1st floor. The swimming pool 0,7m deep. But there was a mini fridge in the room.

I am disgusted by the customer attitude of this hotel! In the hotel rooms 101, 201 and 202, the air conditioner does not work from June 29 to July 8! During the day it is +32 or +33 outside, because of the heat at night we cannot sleep and rest in the rooms. Throughout the week. every day we asked the staff to call the repair service. I got a reply that it has been handed over to the repair service to fix... Llaut Boutique Hotel ruined our holiday in Mallorca, we became hostages to the heat :( Very far from a 4 star hotel, the roof top pool is only for children as it is 70 cm deep...

Unfortunately I can’t choose zero stars; The only positive thing is the position.
The first day we arrived and the reception in the principal floor and the staff left our luggages for at least seven hours alone, in a little room, not closed, near the entrance (everyone could steal our luggages). When we were back in the hotel to get the room our luggages were unguarded (the reception from 11 a.m. is moved in the rooftop).
We asked for hand soap and they answered us that the hotel policy excludes hand soap and was impossible having the soap (is it really a 4 stars hotel?).
Our shower left water every time we had shower
For two days we couldn’t have hands towel because they answered us they had not other hand towel.
When we opened the air conditioned the room smelled of humidity.
The frigo bar had not water and wasn’t impossible the room service.
Llaut boutique hotel is a 3 star…
Ps: the swimming pool is just for children because it’s 70 cm high.
