Okay hotel, not-so-great housekeeping, terrible customer service, poor management—and certainly, not luxury. Basic hospitality and courtesy is lacking at this resort. Staff either do not care, lack training/competency, or are not empowered to fix issues. Management seems non-existent—they just keep passing you between the front desk and Guest Relations for ultimately no resolution. When asked directly, they refuse to allow you to speak with management or say no one is available (hopefully, someone will see this!)
The A/C does not function between 10p and 2a, and to make things worse—it blows heat! I had two infants who could not sleep because of the heat. I called the front desk and they said to turn the air off and asked if there was anything else they could do. I asked for a fan, but they could not provide one. We eventually had to open the patio door, which exposed us to much street noise. They said that this issue wouldn’t be fixed until the 25th (two weeks after our stay).
I came on a Wednesday, and they never brought new toiletries (body wash, lotion, etc) until I asked again on Saturday.
The one Front Desk manager that I did speak with, Sakir, was unhelpful and defensive when the issues where surfaced—and of course, he referred me to Guest Relations.
I could go on and on about other issues, but frankly, I’d take my chances at a different if I were to come back. This place is nice for families (fantastic pools, slides, and beach access), but customer service is lacking, room renovations are necessary, and the volume of guests is too high for them to maintain high standards. It’s not worth it.

Lovely hotel with great facilities for adults and children alike. Great swimming pools, indoor very relaxing. Plenty of bars to choose from and restaurants with delicious and different food types even if you are very picky. We were in a standard room with a lovely view. Robes ans slippers in bathroom along with everything else. Room bar filled daily cleaned daily by lovely staff.
Everyone has been really helpful and pleasant.
Looking forward to seeing everyone next year.

March 14 - 19, 2025 Me and my wife had an amazing experience, this was our first long distanced all inklusive vacation. I was glad that the hotel offered that what it promised, everything was as described. Various of foods and drinks with an exellent system of letting the plates on the table, the crew was really fast working, lots of activity places within the hotel like fitness, squashing, ping pong and so on. The beach was nice and private, the water was cold but no problem after you went fully in. Antalya old town is 40 minutes away with a taxi of €50.
A downside was the beach renovations in which you would hear unbearable noises all the time. Also the drinks should be self accessible because the waiting time of the waiter was sometimes very off. But overall inside the hotel it was perfect.

A very poor hotel. Certainly not a 5 star. Staff speak very limited English or I'm some cases none. Restaurant good poor quality. Very receptive lunch and dinner and everyday. Very little regards to dietary requirements and no notice is taken to allergies and lack of understanding or interest. Rude, staff members who ignore but some are exceptionally nice. For a 5 star hotel it does not offer the friendly and welcoming atmosphere one would expect. It's certainly not 5 star I'd say 4.

A lovely oriental themed hotel. I like the vibe and the atmosphere. They have plenty of facilities and situated in a great location. The food is not the best Turkish food I have experienced but they do a decent job. The buffet is huge and having the bar opened all day is great. Affordable full board prices and staff are friendly.
