All staff here were absolutely wonderful from Waiters to Entertainment, bell boys and Cleaners. All were just so hard working and I made a point of thanking everybody each day and tipping as many workers as i could. Young Waiter Alex and his friends were magnificent, all Such a credit to the Limak. Food excellent. Life Guards excellent and really friendly. Reception staff excellent and Dancers /Entertainment team perfect. The Bar staff are just ace, absolutely wonderful guys, sadly there were two rude Bar guys (the rest as I said were just amazing) , the one with the white shirt and Pony Tail was pretty rude to me for no apparent reason and another one kept making derogatory reference and comments to my sporty physique which got rather annoying after a while and quite personal. Football Teams during the Easter Holiday ruined it for us. Many of them, very rude, hanging around during the day in gangs around the hotel when not playing football, play fighting quite aggressively right in front of us and throwing things at each other, also shouting silly things at people at night as they walked by. One night the whole Football club (including parents and staff and all age groups) jumped the Queue for the restaurant and trampled over us whilst we queued up, no hotel staff to manage this as it was chaos. Unfortunately would never use this hotel again for this reason which is such a massive shame as I love the hotel and the amazing hard working staff. Maybe If they could confirm that there would be no Football teams in August we would return for sure.

The service is high quality and the staff is friendly. The food is delicious and there is a lot of variety. We really liked the relax pool, it is a really comfortable and quiet area. It is a pet-friendly hotel, there are cats everywhere and cute little turtles, this is very cute. The animation team is great, the canoe race was very fun. The show was great, the party was fun, the Greates show was great. When we first arrived at the hotel, they gave us a small hotel introduction card, but I wish this card was more detailed. very good hotel, we have been coming here for several years. this year with children of different ages. every child has enjoyed themselves from morning to night. slides, mini club, swimming pools all great! in the evening there is a mini disco for them but also different shows in theme and also kids dance show with nice characters. what fun this was for the children. also on the lawn there is a lot extra to do for the children such as children's party in the evening. AMAZING HOTEL FOR CHILDREN!

Our family had an absolutely amazing time, and we can't thank the staff enough for their incredible dedication and warmth. Every member of the team was hardworking and genuinely friendly, making our stay truly special. The food was outstanding, and our kids loved every moment of their time here.
A special mention to Taylan at reception, whose kindness and willingness to help always came with a smile—making a huge difference to our experience. The hospitality throughout was excellent, and we are truly grateful for the memorable stay.

Amazing place with incredible staff. Didi and Jamal made some unforgettable experiences throughout all of the entertainment and activities. Always smiling, laughing and making us feel welcome.
