We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for our holiday. Our room was lovely — nicely decorated with cozy lighting, great air conditioning, and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided regularly.
We booked half board and were pleased with the food. There was something different each night to keep things exciting, but also some regular dishes for the more picky eaters — a perfect balance.
We were lucky enough to have a private pool, which was incredible. At night, there were little, twinkling lights at the bottom, it was beautiful touch. The main pool was just as stunning, with a bar/restaurant in the middle that hosted entertainment on some evenings.
The location couldn’t have been better — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic spots to eat with a lively atmosphere.
Overall, we had an unforgettable experience and would definitely come back again. The only small downside was that our bathroom developed a slight smell towards the end of our stay, but it seemed like an easy fix and certainly didn’t spoil our time here.
Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 weeks 27th September till 11th October.
We were self catering and stayed in a studio (my husband and I) The room was pretty basic, however it was cleaned every day and the cleaners work very hard. There was not much facilities to cook with and you do need to put a 10 euro deposit down for a toaster. Which we did. Staff are pleasant enough. Overall the hotel is OK and we would stay again.

Rooms are very clean, well maintained and spacious but are an odd layout, with the only sink being in the bedroom. Its also not really self catering, there is a decent size fridge and a kettle but no crockery, cutlery etc. You can hire a toaster.
The hotel is in a great location and the pool is massive with plenty of sunbeds.

We are not fussy, but this was our worst ever holiday. Pool looks lovely but smells of sewers. The hotel is meant to be 4 stars so we were charged €100 for 10 nights for the tourist tax and our room was far from 4 stars! You had to walk past the sewage to get to it so no chance of sitting on balcony. Getting ready to go out on our second night we could hear dripping in the bathroom and there was a large leak above the toilet. It looked like this had happened numerous times before and not been fixed properly. We told reception and they came to patch it up. We didn’t have the energy to move rooms as everything was already unpacked. Then the weather warning came 3 days before we were due to fly home. Obviously no one can control the weather but on returning to our room the bathroom was flooded and water was coming down through the light fitting and the same place as the first leak. We told reception the morning after but nothing was done about it and we had to spend the remaining 2 days with a dark bathroom. Please do not be fooled by the lovely pictures of the swimming pool, this is an awful hotel and I didn’t even want to give it 1 star. We had friends in the newly built more expensive rooms and their air conditioning unit broke on the first day and they were told it would not be fixed. It is disgusting how this hotel is run.

On 22nd October we arrived and the hotel had a smell but u do get use to it when ur there all the time.
We stayed for a week but we found out only my room had a smell like fish and my mates room was fine.
We had loads of small black flys coming into our room there was to many to count I made a complaint about the smell and flys and the person said the smell they will sort (never did) and the flys was normal so we had to deal with it. Just don’t open the door of a night and you’ll be fine.
We then had a problem with the lights. They kept going off and on could not get to sleep we went downstairs to ask what’s happening and the guy at the front looked shocked like it wasn’t happening he “called someone” and said nothing can be done at this moment of time. Another 2 girls came to complain as well from the other side of the hotel and we got told to be quiet, we was only talking and for paying £600 I think we should be able to talk. Then we saw the downstairs room went out so I don’t know why he acted surprised when we told him.
Don’t use the sick in the bathroom as when ur done loads of water comes up and floods the floor and smells really bad. We also made a complaint about this and there was no cleaners available at night to clean this so the lady from downstairs had to clean it which isn’t he job to like where are the cleaners.
We was staying in the 1st floor and when we looked down the G floor the pool was a mess so I’m glad that wasn’t us.
They clean the rooms daily but when I was in the room getting ready for a shower they just walked in no knocking at all.
Don’t leave anything in ur room that is worth something because someone went in my mates suitcase left her bag open and things was misplaced.
The reception people were lovely (the lady’s) very helpful.
