We checked in recently and I type this as we are here. Views are amazing, site is really nice. We checked it early hours of the morning. Found the two gentlemen who served us a little rude, I know it was early but a nice welcome would have been nice. I will update this review as we try the food etc. However what has lost the two stars for me is if you want bed and breakfast they put a bright yellow tag on your wrist that you need to wear throughout your whole holiday. We are not pigs, you do not need to label us like them so we stand out. I do not agree with this.
Breakfast, honestly really horrid. The food is really mega cheap and tastes awful. There's a couple of exceptions, the croissants which are lovely and fresh and the fruit. The rest is honestly horrible. Dinner is slightly better with some home cooked meals however again mainly cheap food but good value if you want to eat cheap or are on a budget.
Entertainment guys are great, really good guys who go out of there way to make sure you have a good time. You can tell they are stretched however and their events are all the same with the exact same play list played every night for the mini disco, no one wants to watch the same thing every night for a week. However the guys are honestly lovely, remembering the kids names days after and their languages.
Splash park and pool are not heated bare this in mind. And the small selection of arcade games in the hall are all broken or not working so that kind of sucks.
The area it is in is lovely, few minute walk from the beach with all local amenities you need.
We would come back but consider a different hotel if you want a 5 star experience.

Staying here atm, absolute disaster. Arrived Wednesday , staying 1 week. Unpleasant and unhelpful reception staff. Room dusty giving me allergies. I havnt slept all week. I'm usually travelling at least 3 times a year this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Put to the front of the hotel, looking out at a concrete wall if that wasn't bad enough the, once you finally get to sleep around 3am (if the street noise isn't too bad) you then get woken at 5.30am with the sound of what sounds like your lying in a boiler house. 5.30am the street noise outside is horrendous lorrys, deliverys people shouting. Not one night of decent sleep. We are starting to feel sick now because of it. Im travelling with a 78 year old and 14 year old ,these people had no consideration for any of us. 1st morning also what sounded like a bird was stuck in the vent above the cooker , it was flapping about making lots of noises for around 2 hours, that was on top of the noise of the air con. No air getting into the room via air con, impossible to sleep in. The noise is continuous no matter what setting you have it on, and if you put it on full blast it sounds like your lying in the inside of an engine of an aeroplane. The 1st time we rang about this the girl said she would call back in 5 mins. Im still awaiting her return call. The 2nd time they said they had no technicians night time we have to wait to morning. No one called us back. 3rd time calling down to reception they said they would send someone up. Waited for a few hours, no one came. I asked the man at reception about this issue , which he clearly wasn't happy with me asking about this and couldnt have made it more obvious. The response I got was they are on the winter system not the summer one it's being changed tomorrow , it will work tomorrow , and if not we will move you. Abit late for that , when we leave on wednesday. Other rooms arnt this hot and unbearable and noisey , I've spoke to other guests here and showed them the recordings on my phone I've made reguarding the sounds etc, so they shouldn't be allowed to just randomly make stuff up!. Yesterday the man said if not better tomorrow we will move you! You should have done that at the start considering we go home on wednesday morning. Basically 1-3 hours broken sleep per night, not good enough from any hotel!. Would never recommend this place. I definately will be back to the area but will choose a better hotel and stay clear of this one. Few more minor issues but those main ones are enough to put anyone off. It's unfortunate as the views out the back of the hotel are stunning and the entertainment team are fabulous, unfortunately everything else let's it down a bucket full.

5 nights for myself and my 17 Yr old daughter. Our shared review;
In our opinion, the accommodation was terrific (stayed in the Mallorca suite complex opposite the main hotel)
Each day, the food was plentiful with a wide variety of choices to suit most dietary needs these days,
The complex was clean, smart and staff were very helpful, smiley and cheerful.
Given it's close proximity to the beach and nightlife, we'd stay here again.
NB: Currently sat in the restaurant writing this, and the general vibe amongst those present (various nationalities represented) is one of laughter, contentment and great conversation 👍☀️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in room 777 and had the most fabulous views. I Just wish our stay had been longer. We did have issues with our door lock but could not have had better assistance with the issue, all the staff members were welcoming and so pleasant. Meals were buffet style (cruise ship style) and although perhaps not overly imaginative there was always plenty of choice. I am looking forward to visiting again. The room was large and comfortable and the A/C wonderful.

Not the best hotel I've stayed in but not the worst. I wouldn't book there again. Great view from the bar terrace but the room view was partially blocked by a tree. Scruffy metal fencing on side of balcony. Some staff didn't seem interested. Felt like second class guests at times as we were bed & breakfast only. Also one bar staff member didn't know how to make a smoothie. Overall an everage hotel with good and average staff. The saving grace was the breakfast which was good with a wide variety
