Overall, we had a lovely vacation — the location is beautiful, the pool area is fantastic, the animation team is great fun, and the pool staff are truly wonderful.
That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could definitely improve, especially considering its high ranking and 5-star status.
Food:
Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. My wife is vegan, and before our arrival we called to confirm that vegan options would be available. We were assured that the chef and restaurant manager would provide suitable alternatives. In practice, however, there were almost no vegan options, and despite several conversations and promises to help (we stayed for 8 days), nothing was really done.
When we mentioned this at reception, the response was: “You chose the wrong hotel according to your expectations.” I don’t believe vegan food should be considered a special or high expectation in 2025 — especially at a 5-star property.
Additionally, a few dishes were labeled as “vegan” even though they contained cheese or eggs. When we pointed this out, the manager simply said, “Oh, weird,” and walked away without fixing it. This could be dangerous for guests with allergies, not just frustrating for vegans.
Rooms:
The swim-up rooms were quite old, not very clean, and clearly in need of better maintenance. When we moved to one of the newer rooms, it was much smaller but felt cleaner and more welcoming.
In summary, we really enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach, and we made the best of our time because we wanted to focus on having fun. But we do hope the hotel management takes these comments seriously — with some improvements, this place could truly live up to its potential.

The hotel itself is very nice great for families and friends who want to have a summer vacation. The service was excellent; all of the staff members were very nice and polite, and any service needed came quickly and efficiently. The room was very nice with no issues. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and I had a great sleep. There’s a TV and everything I needed. I liked the room a lot.
The location is beautiful there is a beach right next to the hotel, as well as many small shops, bars, and restaurants, which are great for going out at night. However, it is a 25–30 minute drive to the city itself, so a shopping day will need to be planned ahead.
The games were not free, which was a shame. For example, the billiard table costs money, and you don’t get any free balls or equipment needed for the sports.
The food was really bad. First of all, the kitchen wasn’t that big, so you never got that many options. On top of that, the food itself didn’t taste good. There were several times when we needed to go to a restaurant after dinner because we didn’t eat anything it was just too bad. There was barely any protein for the kids, and a lot of the food repeated itself.
Although there was a free bar with great drinks at the pool bar and ice cream for the kids, in conclusion, the hotel itself was great, but the food and paid sports games were not what we expected, and they left a bad impression on me personally.

We stayed for a week on an all-inclusive deal and had a great time!
Our room was cleaned and tidied daily, and the staff – both at the reception and in the dining room – were super friendly and helpful.
The hotel shop had better prices than outside stores, which was a nice bonus.
There are plenty of fun sports activities – tennis, volleyball, ping pong, and pétanque.
The entertainment team was fantastic – fun, energetic, and really made us feel welcome.
The only downsides were the food and the included cocktails.
There’s a big variety (especially for vegetarians), but the quality was just okay.
As for the cocktails – the ones included in the all-inclusive package were weak and not tasty at all, but the ones you pay for separately were much better.

We stayed here as a family of 3 back in August. Hotel is small and clean but it’s certainly not a 5 star hotel, I would say low 4 star at most.
Positives are:
Most staff were friendly, Sakis behind the pool bar works hard and is an asset to this hotel.
Pool Towels can be changed daily
Plenty of Sun beds, no need to get up early to beat the rush.
Food in the main restaurant was really good, very tasty, I would say one of the best restaurants I’ve had in an All Inclusive hotel.
Rooms cleaned daily, room was on the small side but we managed.
Excellent location.
Grounds well looked after.
Negatives are:
Bottled water is chargeable, you get one free bottle of water which you have to get refilled at the bar (not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel)
Pool restaurant, on a daily basis I would see birds eating the food out of the warm food cabinet. We eaten here on day one, once I had seen the birds helping themselves, we stayed away and used the main restaurant (This seriously needs addressing)
Drinks around the pool are served in small paper cups, why not use plastic ones you can clean and reuse. Beer in a paper cups doesn’t work, pretty much a cup full of froth.
Entertainment wasn’t great, very mediocre. You can see the lads tried their best but it’s very low budget compared to what we’re used to.
Main restaurant was very noisy, not relaxing at all, shame really as the food was good. They do have outdoor seating area which we used at the beginning of the holiday, but you kept getting attacked by wasps.
No table service at neither the restaurant nor lobby bar for drinks, really disappointed with this, you would certainly expect this in a 5 star hotel.
Overall we did enjoy our holiday, but for what we paid we felt a little disappointed. I think those little touches like table service etc really do make a difference. Having to pay the top whack of tourist tax, €15 per night, per room for a Hotel that isn’t quite 5 star would put me off coming back here unfortunately.

Great hotel. The staff was awsome, everybody smile tries to do the best for you.The pool was large enough but not to large, general occupancy in the hotel was at the right amount, there was always free table in the dinning room, food was different every day, and at the bottom line it was a great vacation for us. We already started thinking about coming back next year.
