This appartment village is very quiet and a very good place for a relaxed holiday. Here there is no restaurant. You have a nice sweet-water pool. The reception has very restricted opening hours: friday to tuesday from 10:30 to 14:30. The reception speaks spanish, english and german. I think more than 40 percent of the tourists here are from spain - at least during our visit here.
You need only 2 minutes walk to the main street with all its shops, supermarkets and restaurants. To the small town-beaches it will need a 6 minutes walk -- but: they are very small. If you like big beaches then you have to walk at least 75 minutes to the great dunas beach corrallejo or you take the bus (6minutes walk to the station), which will bring you there in a few minutes (to the two riu-hotels) directly on this fantastic beach!
If you love beaches i recommend you to drive to the beaches of el cotillo!!!! (By bus it takes either 1 hour or 25 minutes with the express bus).
Please visit also the older city of corralejo -- its only a 10 minutes walk from this appartment village -- very nice, original and inspiring!
Sorry for the mess in some of the apartment pictures! Thats how my daughter and me are living during the holidays!

This is absolutely lovely self catering accommodation! You have to choose this instead of a hotel. Apartment is very very clean, beds are comfortable. You will find here everything you need for your holiday, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, hairdryer, utensils, plates, bowls, cooking pots and pans, tv, wifi, iron and iron board, perfectly working aircon, big wardrobe, towels and even beach towel! My apartment was perfect for 1- 3 people or family. Elena at the reception is very friendly and helpful. I even found a bottle of water in a fridge on my arrival. Location is amazing, close to main street but still very quiet at night. Only 6mins walking distance to the beach. Complex is surrounded by fence, there is CCTV on site so you feel safe. I will definitely come back here. Thank you!

the architecture of this place is nice...little houses. Also very quiet
As the pool is located in the middle its surrounded by walls. That's why its not so windy there. Unfortunately the water is freezing cold. I could not find this information during booking process.
There are 2 massive holes left and right of the pool. Unbelievable! During the two weeks stay there was NO effort to repair this despite staff told me it would be closed the following day. One afternoon there where at least 3 workers around. Walking dozends of times up and down. Sitting on the floor, eating and talking loudly endlessly on the phone. But in fact there was done NOTHING. Can you believe it?
The appartement itself is ok. Nice sunny terrasse. Also a washing Maschine (super!).
Kitchen: a few items missing:
-tea pot
-proper big knife
-not enough glasses
-dustbin in the
bathroom
-big bowl
Good: Juice maker
The appartement is nicely furnished and everything seems quite new.
The Staffel is helpful and friendly although they are not very often at the place.
Bad: no changing of the sheets. During 14 days there was not even once asked how we are or whether we need s.th.

Spacious apartment in the perfect location. Very close to shops and restaurants, but super quiet and private. Very comfy beds. Lovely bathroom with nice power shower. Has everything you need in the kitchen and free Netflix on the TV. Would stay again.

the location is great because you can walk mostly everywhere (calle principal, supermarket, bus stop, bars…) so if you aren’t planning on rentig a car las casitas are a great option.
although the rooms weren’t spotless and the reception was closed for almost all our staying and we were told it was possible to rent bikes
but at the end it wasn’t.
