We spent 10 days in the hotel and we loved it!! ( 3 generations traveled together) The check-in was easy, and receptionist was friendly and helpful. People complain about food and different things and I don't really get it. I guess some people just love complaining .... The breakfast and dinner had great variety and was presented nicely. There were healthy and hearty options so people can pick their preference. My daughter has celiac disease and they were able to offer her gluten-free options. Thank you. The waiters were friendly and professional and were working fast. I had my birthday during our stay and I had a bottle of sparkling wine with a card waiting for me in the room. What a nice touch. Thank you! The rooms were cleaned spotless every day and so was the pool and its area. We loved that the hotel was in a quiet area of town so noise wasn't an issue. The location was excellent, across a beach and close to the town centre with shops, restaurants and cafes. Thanks for the great stay! Hopefully we can return soon!

There are a few pro’s to Hotel Lanzarote but the cons outweigh them in my opinion. Firstly I would say it’s very well maintained, clean, quite modern and the cleaning staff and maintenance guys keep it looking first class. Now for my honest review. My wife and I returned home yesterday after a 6 day stay. I’m thankful I didn’t book any longer. We were all inclusive and Hotel Lanzarote absolutely does not prioritise this as the main focus here seems to be for pay as you go guests, or bed and breakfast. The food selection is poor, in fact it’s probably the worst selection of food I have ever come across from an all inclusive stay. The breakfasts are the best meal of the day. We ended up eating out in the evening more often than not, this isn’t what we paid all inclusive prices for. The lunchtime choices were poor and snacks during the day are laughable, you have to order from the small pool bar and it’s reluctantly left on the bar for you to collect as the very rude bar staff are not interested if you have an all inclusive wristband on. They will however bring it to your table if you’re not all inclusive. There are tip jars everywhere, including the small grill where the chef cooks minimal choices to order! The drinks are also a terrible choice for all inclusive guests with the main focus of spending extra. A lot of the male staff are rude with only a few exceptions, Cedric on arrival was charming and the grey haired bar manager with glasses in the evenings was very polite and professional. The entertainment is laughable. The guy that puts his phone to his speaker a couple of times a day for an hour or so is a waste of time. He does 20-30 minutes of terrible aqua gym. The evening entertainment usually finishes at 10pm, that’s after the kids disco from 8-9pm then the bar is pretty much empty with no music until 12! The evenings are in desperate need of a DJ (Dancing guests are thirsty guest therefore the bar staff would have something to do and perhaps they would receive the very much sought after tips) There seems to be more staff than guests in the bar every evening. It seems that Hotel Lanzarote aims for older clientele as a whole, only a few younger couples and families were here. I would say it’s more favourable for guests not from the UK and definitely not for an all inclusive stay. The pictures included capture how beautiful this hotel is. The food pictures are the poor choices at one mealtime. The daytime music videos speak for themselves.

Nice clean rooms. We stayed half board. Breakfast was good with a wide range for all. Evening meal was a bit hit and miss and not a huge selection to choose from so some evenings was difficult for the kids (quite picky) to find something to eat. Evening entertainment wasn't for us, basically singers most nights. About a 25-30 minute walk to main towns so not too far away. We stayed as a family of 5 so were allocated 2 rooms, I had asked if we could have adjoining rooms or side by side. However we were given rooms in different blocks so not overly happy as I think families so been given side by side rooms as even though my eldest two are 16 and 17 I still want them close by. On the whole the holiday was very enjoyable, spacious rooms,clean grounds and within walking distance of everywhere. I would recommend to others.

An overall pleasant stay here to start the year off. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly. Around 10/15mins walk to the centre of town. I did notice a lack of CCTV at the hotel especially outside of rooms etc. Rooms always cleaned when needed and plenty of sun beds to choose from. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. Quite hotel and food is amazing. For vegan and vegetarian. A big variety of fresh veg and fruits. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean hotel. New renovated. We come here often.
