Just finished a week in this hotel. Basically the last hotel up away at bottom of mountains. Very windy every day. Pools are freezing cold. The pictures on line are very deceiving. The pictures with bridge at pool are not true representation. Very poor condition and closed off. Sunbeds all around hotel need changing. Very bad condition. The good points are the rooms are huge,clean,and comfortable beds with good mattresses. Waiting to be served in the bar can take a while unless JAIME the barman is on. This man is absolutely fantastic. Kids loved him. Nothing was to much trouble. They should have him train all the bar staff..pool table and football table 1 euro and good condition. The walk to town/the square/ is about 15 minutes. Only 3.50 in a taxi. Taxi rank outside square. 6/10 would be my overall rating. Without JAIME it would be less.A small shop for essentials would be good. Overall for the price it's reasonable. Good 2 star.

First of all I read most of the reviews and I was a little worried where I was going to be staying.
Well first off the reception are wonderful, helpful and friendly.
The hotel itself I feel has been totally down trodden on here and it isn't fair, the pool is cold yes, but it's a good pool to dip into when it's a hot day, nothing deceiving about the pool/pic whatsoever.
The room I had was fantastic, clean,tidy and well equipped, I had the studio, massive balcony, with great views.
It's a 15 min walk to the supermarket,yet pretty easy to get to, as is the beach,everyone moaning about the distance should read the description before paying to come here.
And unless you have a mobility issue,I'd say most people can walk 15 minutes 🙄
They do have a bus ,free of charge that can take you into the main part also taxis are peanuts (2ish euros )
The fact it's in a quite area I feel is great and perfect for relaxing .
Just want to say I thought for what i payed the hotel was really great value for money, clean and the people working there are helpful and friendly
I had a great time and would consider re booking if I come back at any point.
Oh and little footnote *WiFi worked perfectly fine!

On maps it shows that this is close to the centre bars restaurants etc but it’s a solid 15/20 min walk.
The guy at reception said we could get food from the pool bar it closes at 12am cool 👌🏼 we went there to get food only to be told no we stop serving at 10.
The WiFi is atrocious it doesn’t connect and then when it does it never works so you just end up using all your data.
The pictures online are what I would call photofishing they make it seem larger and grander than it is.
The only thing large were the rooms, slightly outdated but that’s cool. Slightly dirty; as in they only cleaned where they could see…There’s no ac available despite them having a huge unit in the room. You can rent a fan which seems counter intuitive because all it does is push hot air around.
The light on the kitchen extractor didn’t work and some cupboards wouldn’t close. The pans etc were very clean compared to other places I’ve been to.

Second time I’ve stayed here, first for my partner.
Reception go out their way to help you out whether it be taxis down to the square or excursions.
The rooms, whilst yes dated, do a job. Beds are comfy, views dependant on room have a sea view.
It didn’t bother us, but, there’s no lifts so if you struggle with stairs that may be an issue. Another thing is the rooms don’t have AC but again, didn’t bother us.
We didn’t use the pool but they were out every morning cleaning na dits was never overly busy but again, i initially visited in November then back again in March so not in the busy period.

I do not recommend staying here. During our stay the room below us were having loud and violent arguments throughout the night and day of the first 3 days of our stay before we moved rooms. We reported this to reception on multiple occasions who also shared that other guests had complained about this. They said they cannot do anything and the only thing they recommended was that they could move us to a studio from a one bedroom apartment. They refused to refund us the price difference of this and left us no choice but to downgrade for the rest of the stay. This is the worst customer service I have received at any accommodation and the staff didn’t apologise or try to resolve the situations for us, instead leaving us feeling questioned and that we were being unreasonable. This completely ruined our stay and left us with stress we did not need from a relaxing holiday.
