Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
A special big thank you to Fayrouz from Club Jumbo ,she was fantastic! She entertained and looked after my child so well, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.
There was a great variety of food, and everything was delicious. Many thanks as well to Abdel and Cherik from the canteen staff , they were very polite, helpful, and always smiling. They were especially kind and supportive with the kids.
Thank you to the representative Zack from love holiday, he gave us a lot of advice and recommandation.
We truly felt well taken care of and will definitely recommend this hotel!

A bit disappointed, though some of the staff very friendly others were not. Food was cold when served and choices limited. The room was ok but tired. A lot of building work going on which we were not told about, building dust going around pools. There's not much around hotel to do. But do run a bus service to the old town. We were lucky weather was sunny and warm 29 degrees but air-conditioning not working, and pools not heated so very cold.

Overall a poor experience. It’s so far from a shop. This place is a food desert. The staff are hit or miss, sometimes friendly and sometimes just extremely rude. The pool is under construction, the slides are only on sometimes. The food is, frankly, just bad. They claim to be all inclusive, but you can’t get food or ice cream or anything outside of set meal times. We’ve made several requests for pillows, towels, and toilet paper and are yet to get them. The bar staff are understaffed, there’s no babysitting service as advertised, the “kids club” is just a room for kids to do colouring, and the pool is not heated making it unusable on our December vacation. The free shuttle to town never has enough space. Did I mention the food is awful? It’s the same, mass produced, over cooked and under seasoned crap every day. Meat is often undercooked. The beds are hard. The WiFi sucks. Half the pool is under construction. The slides are only on part of the day. The restaurant is only one visit per stay. The bar closes at 11pm, which is far too early, especially when there’s nothing else around here to go to. Our pool view room we paid for is just a tree. Outside the hotel is just slums and construction.

Our stay at Labranda Targa Aqua Park Resort was a very disappointing experience. On the first day, there was no electricity for around one and a half hours, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to help guests. They did not provide any lights, torches, or even apologise for the inconvenience. We had a baby with us and had to sit in a dark room using our phone flashlights. The manager was extremely rude and showed no care or concern at all. There was also no compensation offered for the power cut or the inconvenience caused to guests.
Customer service throughout the stay was very poor. The rooms did not provide basic facilities such as water bottles, drinks, or a kettle. As parents with a baby, this made things very difficult because I needed hot water to make milk. Every single time, we had to walk around 5 minutes to the bar just to get hot water.
When I asked for a kettle, I was told I had to pay a deposit, but then they said no kettles were available because they were waiting for guests to check out and return them. I honestly cannot understand how a hotel with around 400 rooms does not have enough kettles for guests.
The room itself was also not properly maintained. The curtain was coming off, the toilet was not flushing properly and took a long time, and the sink was blocked as the water drained very slowly. On top of that, we found mosquitoes and even a cockroach in the room, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic, especially with children and babies staying there.
The air conditioning did not work in any of our rooms for the entire stay. We called reception and someone came to try and fix it, but they were unable to repair it. We were left staying in extremely hot rooms during 40-degree heat, which was unbearable, especially with babies and children.
The restaurant area was also extremely unhygienic. There were flies everywhere, all over the food, which was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, we even found a hair in the chicken. This completely put us off eating there and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
The food options were also very poor. Me and my 4-year-old nephew could not eat most of the food provided and only liked chips. However, chips were only available during lunch and not at dinner time. When I asked staff if they could provide some chips for my nephew at dinner, they refused and said it was only available at lunch. Because of this, we ended up eating chips from KFC during most of our stay. Our friends who were travelling with us and also had a baby experienced the same issue with the food.
We also paid for all-inclusive, and the hotel description clearly mentions unlimited drinks and water. However, the room fridge was completely empty the entire stay. When my husband went to ask for water bottles from the bar and reception, staff told him we could only have 2 bottles per room, despite us having 2 rooms and 6 people in total. My sister was also staying with an infant and a toddler, which made the situation even worse.
They put us in a room we were struggling to get in an out with the pram they keeps locking the door from one side and kepos tge door ahut fororm bogh side while getting the pram out with my baby it fell i nearly hurt my son because i had to open the door wiyh one hand and push the double pram with another if got stuck and fell there was another gueat who came running and helped me to pick up the pram with baby and open tge door foe me.
To make things more upsetting, when we returned to the hotel after an outing at around 11:30 pm and asked for water, the receptionist spoke to us very rudely and acted as if we were doing something wrong by asking.
We have travelled to other countries before and have never experienced such poor hospitality. No apology, no support during the power cut, no compensation, poor room maintenance, hygiene issues, terrible customer service, and staff who clearly did not care about guests. Overall, it was a very bad experience and definitely not what we expected from an all-inclusive resort.
