What can I say, this place is lovely.
We came for a week and have thoroughly enjoy it. The food is typical all inclusive (I have been to over 30 all inclusive) drinks available all the time and quick service.
Rooms are massive, living area and then massive bedroom, great patio area to sit out. We have found NO cock roaches in our room. A couple outside at the crazy golf where they would normally live.
Honestly this hotel/appartments is lovely, cheap get away.
Another bonus, they do not let people reserve sunbeds, you can go down at leisure and get one. If people chose to reserve, there towels will be put aside.
Great hotel, great food, great drinks, great price.

Relaxed atmosphere. Spacious rooms; quite basic, but perfectly comfortable and clean. Kettle and mini fridge. Lounge area with TV & kitchenette separate from bedroom.
Beds quite comfortable & bedding fresh and clean. Bedsheets seemed good quality, and felt nice against the skin.
Food was slightly better quality than many hotels of a similar standard. Dessert options could be improved, but there was often plenty of delicious watermelon, among other fruits, which was a nice enough way to finish a meal.
With half board and a hire car, this hotel was a great option.
What made it such a truly relaxing place though, was the staff. Dining room staff were always lovely, and early morning cleaning staff would smile and greet you if you should walk past them. We didn’t encounter a single member of staff who was anything other than friendly and pleasant. The great staff here made a nice short break even more enjoyable.

Just back from my 3rd trip in a year. Since my first visit Christmas/New Year 2022 you can see the upgrades that have been made noting this hotel is open 12 months a year
Best way to sum up the Tahoma is that it is a 3 star hotel that punches well above its weight.
The fact that the core of the staff are the same from my first visit speaks volumes to the management and environment of the venue
Yes there are currently roadworks outside the hotel which is beyond the hotels control. Indeed there are unfinished roadworks in the resort from last May when I spent 21 days there. Upgrades have to be done at some time
Rooms are being refurbished to a schedule and the site is incredibly clean with rooms being serviced every day
It is so good I am going back next Tuesday.
I find the facilities, staff and venue fantastic and the food is good value for money

From the moment I stepped through the door, Alex's welcome was warm and genuine. His professionalism and attention to detail made the check-in quick and seamless. But it's not just his efficiency that shines; it's his courtesy that truly made the difference.
Alex stands out for his ability to listen attentively and respond to guests' needs with a smile. His in-depth knowledge of the hotel and the surroundings was invaluable in making my stay even more enjoyable. He shared local tips and directions that made my days much more interesting.
His availability was evident throughout the stay. On several occasions, I had questions or requests, and each time, Alex exceeded my expectations with his promptness and kindness. Not only is he an impeccable professional, but he demonstrates a genuine passion for ensuring that guests feel truly welcomed.
In conclusion, Alex is undoubtedly the strength of this hotel. His impeccable professionalism, extraordinary kindness, and ability to go above and beyond expectations make this hotel a truly unique place.

I have given the hotel 4 stars as I booked a 3 star hotel & knew that the rooms would be basic. However we were totally surprised when we arrived. Firstly the reception staff ( all of them!) were friendly, professional & polite. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived early but we were given our AI band so was able to eat & drink at the hotel. The drinks bar is based at the pool, it works on a drinks token being exchanged for a drink, you can order another drink when you return your plastic cup. Great idea as the pool area was clean & tidy! The food was great for what we paid, I’m vegetarian & found something to eat at every meal. We did eat out but that was from our choice not the quality of food. The location is a few minutes walk from shops, bars & restaurants. My only negative was our pool room was located next to the bar where guests chatted, drank & had fun ( loudly) until the early hours of the morning. However it’s a holiday so I wasn’t complaining…. No issues or problems from this just a bit if disturbed sleep. Overall for the price we paid (£600 for 6 days AI) we thought it was great value
