Stay: September 8–15, 2025 ☀️🏝️🌸🇬🇷
🧿This resort exceeded my expectations with its beautiful environment, excellent food, and welcoming staff. From the very beginning we felt comfortable and well taken care of.
🧿The room was spacious, quiet, and had a large terrace. The amenities met all expectations — very comfortable beds, air conditioning, a small fridge (perfect for keeping water cool for the beach), a safe, and fresh towels provided daily.
🧿The resort feels like a small village, with a main restaurant, a restaurant near the beach, several pools with bars, and a large, well-stocked shop. The all-inclusive service was excellent: a wide variety of buffets, different types of meat each day (pork, beef, duck, fish), and plenty of vegetarian options. I especially enjoyed the dolmades (served both hot and cold), the delicious moussaka, the local olives, and the feta cheese. The main restaurant was always spotless, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and very attentive.
🧿The pools were well maintained, the beach sandy, and the adults-only zone was a big plus — the loungers with mattresses were extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar, where the bartenders were not only hard-working but also very funny and made the stay even more enjoyable 🩵
🧿 The location of the resort is excellent — close to a market, tavernas, and the Korission Lagoon. A trip to Kerkyra Town is definitely worth it.
Overall, a wonderful holiday experience — highly recommended, 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The resort offers very tasty food, with a wide variety. The pillows are all very high and the mattress is spring-loaded, which is a drawback for me, but that was my experience. However, the room service staff left me extra towels, which I'm using as a pillow, and they're comfortable, as I requested. Room service is daily, and the bathrooms in the common areas are always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is practically exclusive to the hotel, with clean waters and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas both on the beach and by the pools. The resort also offers entertainment and activities for all ages. We're loving the experience.

We stayed at the hotel as a family from September 26 to October 1, 2025.
The weather was wonderful during this time.
The hotel staff are very helpful in every way, especially the guest relations manager, Christina. We received a complimentary room upgrade to a Family Comfort Garden View, for which I am very grateful.
The hotel grounds are very green and well-maintained, and the beach has perfect soft sand, which is very comfortable for families with children.
The food is varied, delicious, and offers a wide selection.
The rooms are in good condition, although some of the furniture could use renovation.
Room cleaning is also of good quality.
The only, but very unpleasant, incident that happened to us at the hotel was a case of personal insult based on nationality from the doctor, Pandis Christos, whose medical office is located on the hotel grounds. The doctor told me, as a Ukrainian, that he likes russia and that putin will pay my bill. He did not apologize for his words.
For this reason, I do not recommend visiting the medical office at the hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of Pandis Christos.

Overall Experience:
We had a great time at the resort, but there are definitely several areas that could be improved to make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable.
Drains:
Many areas within the resort suffered from unpleasant drain smells. As soon as we stepped outside our room, we were met with a really foul odour, which was quite off-putting.
Bathrooms:
Our bathroom felt tired and would really benefit from refurbishment.
Specific issues included:
Odour: The bathroom often had a moist, unpleasant smell.
Wash basin drainage: The basin used a flexible drain instead of a proper bottle trap, which wouldn’t meet building standards in most countries and likely contributed to the foul smells.
Shower: The shower design caused water to spray all over the bathroom floor, as there was no proper separation between the shower area and the rest of the room.
Towel hooks: There were very few places to hang towels. Adding a few hooks would make a big difference and mean they wouldn’t need changing daily.
Water Supply:
One morning, the water stopped completely while I was halfway through my shower. There was no communication or apology from the resort, which was disappointing. We had to use bottled water to finish washing before heading to breakfast.
Pools:
The pools were nice but quite deep. The resort would really benefit from a dedicated shallow pool area for toddlers and younger children, perhaps with smaller slides and gentler play features.
Kids’ Play Area:
The children’s play area looked tired and outdated. Refurbishing this space would make a big difference for families with young kids. Creating a sand free play area would be nice as lots of children struggle with the texture of sand and have the beach to play on if they wish to build.
Food & Drink Consistency:
We enjoyed the food overall, but there was a noticeable lack of consistency in what was available. For example:
Hot chocolate: Some days it was in the coffee machines, other days it was self-serve powder, and sometimes not available at all.
Butter: Midway through the week, butter was suddenly replaced with margarine. When we asked about it, we were told there was no butter left - but it reappeared the next day.
Tea bags: English tea bags were available early in the week but disappeared later on.
These inconsistencies gave the impression of poor stock management or reduced service levels.
End-of-Season Operations:
We understand that we visited during the final week of the season before the resort closed for winter. However, it didn’t feel fair that service levels dropped so noticeably because of this. Each day, more bars and restaurants were closed, the entertainment programme stopped, the main restaurant seemed to run out of items as the week went on. We were provided with a wine menu in Gyros and Il Gusto and then told that very few of the wines were available. Guests should still receive full service until the official closing day, as it was not sold to us as an end of season discount rate.

We visited in October 25 and stayed for 11 nights.
The hotel and grounds themselves are very clean and tidy. The reusable cup system works very well, you don't see plastic cups scattered everywhere like other resorts.
We had a villa room with a pool. The room and Terrace area were really lovely you had everything you needed. And that end of the resort was lovely and quite just as we wanted. Our only complaint with our room is the cleaners, they didn't actually clean anything. They would change all our towels including pool towels, change the bedding and empty the bins. We don't make much mess but one thing that does bug me is bits on the foors, especially when walking around with nothing on your feet. The cleaners didn't sweep the room floors or the balcony area at all. We had a few storms during our stay so our outside area was covered in bits. Cups and glasses didn't get washed and they didn't replace any used teas or coffees. When we arrived we had flannels but these were taken away but not replaced.
The food in the main restaurant was very limited on selections and very repetitive for lunch and dinner, also the food was always cold!! Even when the replaced a tray it was cold! I resorted to only eating the cold pasta salads.
The only hot food we had during our stay was from the lovely ladies at the snack bar. Lovely hot fresh pizza and hot dogs. These ladies work so very hard and are non stop for 5 hours.
We visited the onsite Greek restaurant. You get one visit with your stay and have to book a table. Honestly it was the worst chicken solvaki I have ever had! You could hardly get the chicken off of the skewers it had been on there for so long and was completely baked on, the chicken had no moisture left. And in keeping with the rest of the food it was cold.
The ice cream you can buy from beach bar was lovely and very well priced, 2 scoops for €4.
You can get the bus to corfu town from the hotel and you can pre buy tickets from reception for this. Or there are more buses from the bus stop just behind the hotel.
A short walk from the hotel is a few lovely restaurant's, and shops. The hotels location is very out of the way from everywhere else.
We took a lovely walk from the hotel all the way to the end of the beach and up into the dunes and over to the lake. If your going to do this make sure you take a drink with you.
Overall all of the stuff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay but the food was a big letdown.
