We had a lovely stay at this hotel, can not recommend it enough! The location is so perfect as it's a 3 min walk to the beach, and next to so many amazing restaurants. (We highly recommend going to The House restaurant round the corner!) All of the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly. The cleaners were amazing and came every day. We stayed over the Easter holiday and the cleaners left little chocolate eggs in our room which we thought was a lovely touch. The room itself was incredible, so spacious, and a balcony looking over the church and the square (although I assume a balcony on the other side of the hotel might not have such a nice view). We even had a Delta coffee machine in our room which was incredible. I think this hotel has recently been refurbished because everything was in great condition. Reception were so lovely to us, and always on hand as we had to check in and out in the middle of the night. Breakfast was great! There wasn't lots of choice but as a vegetarian I was impressed. The toast, eggs and guacamole were so tasty! There is a lovely rooftop terrace as well. The only thing I would say is that the rooftop pool is quite small so we didn't end up using it, and there wasn't a pool bar, but considering the location and the size of the hotel, this didn't bother us at all. I would love to visit again in the future. Thankyou George and all the staff for a wonderful stay!

I have stayed at the Reveron plaza for over 20 years. However since the recent renovation they have cut back on a few small details. The toilet paper is very thin and cheap considering this is a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is still lovely however they have changed the size of the sausages, from the large ones to now a cocktail sausage which tastes horrible. Also, they no longer do the happy hour and there were no menus for the drinks they were serving by the pool. The pool was meant to be heated but once we arrived the pool was freezing cold and you weren’t able to swim, we asked multiple times when this would be fixed and we got different answers each time, the pool was never fixed and we weren’t able to go in the pool all holiday. The air conditioning didn’t work, which would be a problem during the summer. The reveron always used to be spotless however during our stay we found a lot of dust around the room. Since we came mid renovation there was no bar, and we were unable to get drinks from the hotel during the evening. But overall the location is perfect and the staff are still friendly and welcoming. Hopefully they rectify it for the foreseeable future.

A real disappointment. I was so excited to be staying here after growing up locally and seeing the recent renovations. Unfortunately it’s not quite what it’s trying to be. The rooms do not look like the CGI images on the website, they are only half-refurbished with old furniture remaining. Parts of the hotel are still being worked on too and are quite messy. We also paid for a ‘partial sea view room’ but there was no sea to be seen at all, only neighbouring roadworks. Photos attached which are much more realistic to the experience. We were met with complete refusal from the receptionist to even try and find us a nicer room however polite I tried to be. The worst part was the room smelt of raw sewage and was told they’d look into it. Looking at previous reviews now, it seems they knew about this long before our arrival but still have done nothing about it. With a heavy heart I have to say I would avoid this hotel as there are plenty better places to stay in Los Cristianos.

Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms with a balcony, nice rooftop pool area and decent breakfast. A drink was offered on arrival which was a nice touch. There was extensive renovation works going on on the second floor which we were surprised to see whilst walking up and down the stairs, perhaps it would have been good to mention this on arrival. Also, when we asked how the aircon works we were told it didn’t work. Our room was 27 degrees at one point and although we were given one fan for the room, it was uncomfortable to sleep in the heat every night. It would have been best to know about the broken air con ahead of our arrival.

Great located. Rooms a bit old and shampoo in hotel room shower wasn't filled up + soap in common men toilet close to pool area.
Breakfast decent . Unfortunately our WiFi in hotel room worked quite poorly.
