Lovely hotel. Staying here with my husband. Enjoying the food and location. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. Staff friendly and service good. Restaurant staff clear tables and nothing too much trouble for them. The animation team do their best to entertain guests. The shows have been OK but very standard except for the Latino night show. Those three guys were amazing and really got the crowd on their feet. We got up dancing and by the end of the night most people were up. The best show so far. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The hotel provide a complementary bottle of water on arrival in the fridge but it isn't replenished after that. You can fill up water at the bar as much as you want but the hotel seem to be cutting down on waste plastics etc. We are all inclusive so there are no issues with drinks and the bar staff friendly and helpful. Make sure you bring your own toiletries except hand soaps. The extra things aren't provided. Pool towels can be obtained via the spa at no deposit just card given on arrival but make sure you take the towels to reception when you are leaving for them to check them off. The adult pool gets most of it's sun the furthest area away from the pool bar. Around the pool bar it's quite shady but the sun during the early part of the day is in the open tv middle bar area. Plenty to see outside the hotel and on the front. We've been into playa de las américas and Cristianos. Adeje is a lovely place to stay though. All together a great hotel.

In early November 2025 my wife and I stayed for a week a Hovima Suites Costa Adeje and what an excellent holiday we had. Ever part of our stay we could not fault. Reception was excellent, booked in very quickly without issue and we were offered a choice of drinks. On arrival at our room it was spotless and the size of the accomodation was unbelievable. Room cleaned every day if you want. We were all inclusive, food was really lovely and a great selection to choose from. There are three pools and the one we used was adults only. No issues over sun loungers as there are plenty, the pool and surrounds were so clean. Each day there were pool activities and drinks and food available at the pool bar. Very generous measures and a lot of local drinks but the lager and a good few of the spirits were branded drinks. You could upgrade but felt no need. Entertainment at night was very good. We will definately go back and infact we are in the process of booking next November. Excellent hotel and you won't be disappointed. Our stay was great value for money. A must do is the rooftop bar what a view, this bar you have to pay for the drinks but we'll worth it.

The resort is excellent for a lovely relaxing holiday. There are many excursions available from many outlets, so shop around before you commit is the only suggestion I would offer. If, like me, your mobility isn't what once it was, there is a regular bus service, little train service, taxis galore and if you prefer you can hire twin or solo mobility scooters. In 2025 I hear it cost around €70 per week. This hotel, Hovima Suites, I believe did offer charging facilities, but as we didn't hire a scooter, I have no more information. The climate is all you would hope for and more. My wife has COPD and I have severe arthritis and we wished we could have stayed for a month. Hovima Suites is a 50 something yesr old building although it dud have a full revamp in early 2020's due to closure caused by Covid. There are a few scars and a lick of paint here and there would be nice, but when the hotel is open all year round, exactly when would you be able to do it? For any imperfections on the bricks and mortar, the overall experience more than makes up for them. The food is typical buffet fayre, but when for each meal time there are at least 14 options or more to choose from, you can enjoy a varied diet for your stay. In the restaurant there is a adults only area, if you prefer. The staff, are all delightful, and nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile on their face. Particularly Fabio on reception, who was able to sort my mobile phone to be able to access the WiFi and kick start my phone back into gear, Aldo one of the managers, a very intelligent young man, with 5 different languages to his credit. He stopped to ask if we were happy with everything, I told him my wife's bed was very hard abd causing pain in her back. Did they have any other mattresses? He said alas not, but, he could organise a topper to be added. We returned to our room 40 minutes later, and it was already in place. Camella and Santiago in the restaurant and our cleaner Noemi, who apologised for her poor English, which was way better than my Spanish. To assist the patrons, she added a translation app to her phone on her own initiative. A wonderful young lady, who just loved to help and serve the guests in the rooms under her charge, with usual smile on her face. I do hope we will be able to return to Hovima Suites Costa Adeje next year, if finances allow. Fantastic holiday, thank you to all who we came into contact with.

We booked this holiday for October as it was the cheapest time to go at. We arrived at the hotel with very good customer service and a glass of prosseco on arrival. My birthday was the day after we arrived (30th October) when we came into our room we were gifted with a bottle of prosseco and 2 bits of cake. This hotel is excellent for children as there is children only places and adults only places. The staff go out there way to make everyone feel welcome. Halloween night was amazing for children and adults too they had a party on the champagne roof top bar for adults only it was generally unbelievable. Alessia who was serving the bar all night made sure our glasses weren’t empty and was always looking after the guests, her customer service was amazing. We ending up speaking to the bar manager Fabrifio he was very polite and told us about upcoming work to the hotel we were very impressed for the future as we will definitely be back to this hotel. His professionalism and service was outstanding. The food is honestly amazing and can’t fault a single thing about it. We will definitely be back in the future!!!! Chereen&Kieran in room a240

Our trip to HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We received such a warm welcome at reception and were the very first guests to experience the new Excellence service, which truly made our stay extra special. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had a lovely sea view, it felt cozy and relaxing to come back to after a day in the sun. The room service and housekeeping were always excellent. As Excellence guests, we had access to a private breakfast area with an A la carte menu and table service. We chose to have breakfast there every day , the food was delicious, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere calm and peaceful and we stayed there way longer then just for the calmness. Our private pool area was quiet and comfortable, with a small minibar available all day. The staff came around several times during the day offering tasty snacks. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was varied and of good quality, and we had a separate area reserved for Excellence guests where the service was always professional. And finally, the rooftop bar was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset, the view was absolutely stunning. We truly loved our stay at HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje. The Excellence service is definitely worth it, and we would love to come back!
