Video 360 it was good fun - something different 😍😍😍 I also want to add that the hotel have been amazing. From the room 😍 room overlooking pool, extra towels/ blankets, the staff just no fed up faces or tired they simply can't do enough for you. Everywhere is immaculate . The food is fantastic / I thought based on some reviews that we'd eat out but so far apart from missing one meal as we were out on a trip /it has been exceptional and although km not fussy - I like good food and it's great for choice. The paella we had for lunch was yum. The burgers were fresh / the omelettes for breakfast are yum and plenty of salad and fresh fruits. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Hotel is starting to become rundown. They charge you to store baggage which is 2 euros. The locker could only fit one large case in. They charge a deposit for a cup which you are expected to reuse for the duration of the stay. When you leave it’s like a treasure hunt to get the deposit back. You get sent from one person to another. The beds weren’t the best, mildly uncomfortable. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. Shower gel fell off the wall, it wasn’t repaired or replenished. The food at breakfast rarely changed but was alright. The food at dinner was terrible. In both restaurants it was over packed, struggling to find an empty table, if you did it would need cleaning. The tables are so close together you struggle to get in or out. I feel sorry for the staff they are often out numbered. All inclusive bar wasn’t great. Most of the drinks taste awful. Good location though.

We spent an amazing Christmas week at this hotel with our children and truly enjoyed every moment. The Christmas Gala in the restaurant was beautifully organized — a big thank you to the staff for the great atmosphere and excellent food. A very special mention goes to Jessica from the kids club 🌟 She was incredible with the kids, both during daily activities and the mini disco. Our children absolutely loved her — she is a real gem and brings so much warmth to the hotel. The rooms were large, spotless, and very well maintained. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this place to families.

We did read some mixed reviews after we booked and were worried about how it would be. Honestly, we didn't need to worry. We had a great trip to Bahia de Los lobos. We were all inclusive, food variety was great, plenty of choice available and the staff were amazing and made us welcome throughout our stay. Decent selection of alcohol on the all inclusive and a good selection of mixers and soft drinks. Not quite warm enough for me to hit the pool so hard to make a judgment but it was clean and others were enjoying it. The only thing I'd improve is the beds, it wouldn't put me off but when I've stayed in double rooms before the beds don't separate. Location is superb, at the top of the strip. Short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. We'd definitely book again.

Beautiful looking hotel with nice big rooms,in a central location,however I think thats where it ends. The cleaners need retraining on standards. The bathroom was never cleaned correctly, the shower screen and tiles often had shampoo residue around it. It also flooded everytime you used it, this is due to the shower plug not being taken out to be cleaned (standard cleaning process). There was no toilet roll left 3 mornings running even though I specifically asked, i ended up getting it myself of the trolly. The mirror in front room had water marks up them so obviously weren't cleaned. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get it to actually flush. The patio door didn't have a proper lock on it even though we were low level. The food well!!! Not much choice for children, my daughter lived on chips and sweetcorn for 2 weeks!!! Not much choice for vegetarians and everything was cold,even when brought straight out. The bar although local spirits as per had limited drinks available. Only a few cocktails on the all inclusive menu, 1 lager and no cider, we had to go out every night even though we paid for all inclusive. The staff though were so friendly and accomadating. I loved the location and the staff but there is a lot to improve on.
