I’d say more of a 3 star hotel! We stayed for 4 nights - all inclusive plus. Room 606 was lovely, spacious, private and very clean with a sea view balcony. Only a 20 minute walk down to the sea front (flamingo beach) OR if you’re feeling spontaneous hop on one of the electric scooters, they are dotted around everywhere - download the Bird app, scan the QR code and go…. Great fun!!! The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept. We really enjoyed the selection of food on offer, lots to choose from and delicious. Sadly, for us the reason for the 3 stars - Your room is only entitled to TWO coffee sachets (the receptionist called a ‘Complimentary welcome pack’) so once they’ve gone, you have to wait until 8am for the restaurant to open to use the coffee machine. Not good when you’re up early and have to wait 2 hours for a drink! The hotel doesn’t have / sell plastic bottled water (we had to go to the local shop and buy some) you are able to refill them at the pool bar. Not sure how the All Inclusive Plus works, but we found not all drinks were available (certain cocktails) you still had to pay for. That made no sense! They also didn’t use premium alcohol when making the cocktails (which we paid extra for). That being said, we did enjoy our time at The Labranda.

Had a quick visit but the place is just beautiful! Rooms (mini villas) are very well decorated, spacious and modern. The pools is gorgeous, the staff is friendly. Fresh pasta and pizza station, fresh smoothies for breakfast and even have orange and ginger shots available. One hundred percent will come back!

We stayed here in January! And it was so much better than we expected, this holiday didn’t cost much so I wasn’t expecting much but the place was lovely! And the lady that does the children’s club was brilliant, there was something for the kids to do everyday!

We have had 5 fabulous days here. Nice spacious, clean rooms. Heated swimming pool which we used after 5pm as it was much quieter. Just the right amount of entertainment for us but might not have been enough for some people. Food was ok, nothing out of the ordinary but always plenty to eat. Staff were very friendly. We plan to return.

Nice hotel a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind a the walk down to the harbour was nice , about 40 minutes. No sun-bed reserving which was nice and it was school holidays. WIFI is none existent so don’t rely on that. We found the food to be fine although did get quite repetitive towards the end of the week. Rooms were apartment style with a really nice veranda to sit on and the gardens were really well kept.Take a water bottle with you to fill up as the plastic glasses provided are too small to keep getting water. Lovely walk up the dormant volcano situated at the can of the hotel to watch the sunrise took about 30 minutes. Would probably say it’s a 3 star plus rather than a 4.
