Home a week now after our fabulous stay at apartments La Moraña. I was the winner of the weeks stay they had raffled at Christmas. From start to finish we had the most fantastic time. We arrived to a lovely warm welcome and stayed in a perfect apartment poolside. Everyone was so friendly and the place is spotless. We love the location and is the reason we have stayed here before.All the staff work so hard especially the cleaners who work so efficiently and make it look so easy! Views to admire any time of the day. Just stunning.Night security was great so helpful on our early return home and very warm and friendly. The bar was great, so handy and always happy to accommodate. Got our Domingo time and had loads of laughs going up and down the hill. We cannot wait to return next year with all our family. Thank you so much La Moraña for making a holiday such a special time for us.. il never forget this trip! X

Just back from yet another stay in La Morana! As usual, the reception, cleaning and maintenance team members that assisted us during our stay were very helpful! We were accommodated in the requested apartment again with a pool and sea view and it’s a pleasure to sit out on the balcony at any time of the day! We love Puerto Del Carmen and La Morana is so close to everything with the strip just down the hill and the Old Town only 10 mins walk, everything is very easily accessible from there! It was great to see Domingo around every day, our small boy loves to say hello! We miss Manuel, Maria and their team in the pool bar, it’s just not the same without the Garlic Prawns!!! But we’re looking forward to booking our stay for October with a pool & sea view apartment again, it is worth the extra money!

Great location even though people are sometimes put off by the hill, it's not really that bad as access to the hotel can be made from the bottom through several levels. The staff are great, professional and friendly, the rooms could be considered basic but they are well equipped and above all clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and any road noise is minimal ensuring a good nights sleep. The location is ideal as a base to explore Puerto Del Carmen.

We arrived at the hotel at 8pm after a long day travel, the receptionist told us the hotel was full, there was no room for us even our booking was confirmed and we've got an official reservation. That hotel forced us to go further to another one we didn't want. Plus, it was the period of the New Year's eve, so it was impossible to find another one, good with my own preferences. I tried multiple times to call Booking.com to help us with that bad situation, but nothing. That doesn't make sense. Overbooking issues are not my responsibility, and I should not have to suffer the inconveniences.

Staying here now. Fantastic location, clean apartments, heated pool, the most great view from the sunbathing terrace. Definitely would recommend
