We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kristal in Golden Sands and it was truly an excellent choice! Everything was well organized, from the accommodation to the activities. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated – exactly what we wished for. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh.
A big highlight was definitely the animation team – absolutely amazing! Every evening they created a fantastic atmosphere full of energy and fun, and we really enjoyed every moment with them.
Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend Hotel Kristal to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Golden Sands! 🌟

My recent stay at Hotel Kristal was nice. From the moment I arrived I felt welcoming atmosphere.
One of the standout features was the exceptional service. A warm smiling lady at the fried eggs corner/ice-cream corner. A big thank you to the cleaning staff, who were so accommodating and willing to clean my room at my request.
The hotel's entertainment program was another highlight. The animation team was fantastic, offering a mix of activities including dancing, exercise classes, and engaging games. They created a vibrant and fun environment that I my daughter loves them. And finally, the food was delicious! There was a wide variety of options available, all well-prepared and tasty.
Overall, I recommend Hotel Kristal for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway.

We stayed at this hotel, and overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but that was more thanks to the resort itself rather than the hotel. The sea was quite far away, the food didn’t suit everyone in my family, and the air conditioner and fridge in our room didn’t work. The reception girls were nice and polite, always helping as much as they could. The pool was good, but I didn’t like that smoking was allowed right by the water where my kids were swimming. One evening, I noticed a situation where my favorite always-smiling, cheerful bartenders looked very sad (Mr. Spirdonov, please don’t upset these wonderful girls). The cocktails at the bar were tasty, though the selection wasn’t very big. The animation team was good, my kids really enjoyed it, but we missed having an evening disco for adults. So, for one stay, the hotel was okay, but next time we wouldn’t choose it again.

Hey all,
I don’t want this to be just another review where we talk about the hotel rooms and the views from our windows. I want to share more about the staff that were in this hotel - the girls who made our stay perfect. The programs that were all day long - just amazing, there was from everything for everyone - dances, laughs, games - so enjoyable. Yes, I can’t miss to mention that the rooms and the food were very nice, but what made my holiday so memorable was the girls from the animation staff ( Yani just stole my heart). At the end of the day we only remember what makes us happy and I’m so happy that this girls and all of the staff made my vacation so special. Thank you all for everything and I can’t wait to see you again next year.

The hotel is lovely, and we are having a good time. If there’s one area for enhancement, we’d highly recommend looking into more sustainable practices. Specifically, offering reusable cups (e.g., durable plastic or glass) and significantly reducing or eliminating plastic straws would be a fantastic step towards environmental responsibility.
