We had a fabulous holiday at Kerkyra Blue hotel and spa. Great location with bus stops to Corfu town just outside and Lidl opposite.
Staff were so friendly and helpful; pools and beach just lovely and we could always find a peaceful spot. We’d come on a recommendation from friends, they’re already coming back and we plan to come back too!

The hotel is incredibly loud at night, because the evening entertainment (bands, singers etc) is situated on an outdoor terrace, under all the sea-facing rooms. The music is loud enough that I could sing along to the songs/hear the words.
I have a six month old baby and would have loved to catch up on sleep with some early nights. We asked to move rooms, but after spending much of our first day sorting this out (waiting around, packing, moving, unpacking), it transpired that our second room had the same problem. We moved to a third room the next day which was (finally!) fine, but it’s a shame we wasted so much time on this.
I’d strongly recommend against booking on this basis alone. There were however other issues with the hotel which also suggest it isn’t well-run. For example, someone burst into our room using a hotel master key to leave sandwiches we hadn’t ordered, at 9:45pm, when the baby was asleep and we were in bed undressed. We understand this was due to a mix up with room bookings, but it felt invasive and was an unpleasant experience.
We asked for a travel cot and were given a broken one which collapsed in on itself. (Luckily, before we put the baby in it…) We were offered another one, but this took a while to arrange and meanwhile we had a very tired baby.
In addition, it rained heavily one day and water dripped through the ceiling of our room from a couple of places. The wall was damp in places and we had to move our belongings to avoid them getting wet, and put out towels to catch the water.
Given the cost of our stay and the hotel’s purported five star rating, this is all pretty unacceptable. Bar the room moves, we haven’t been offered anything to make this experience up to us.
The staff at the hotel have however been lovely. Really warm and helpful, friendly and hard working. It’s just unfortunate that the rest of the experience is a letdown.

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Food was really nice with a great selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Greek and Japanese restaurant were brilliant, nice to have a selection without the hassle of deciding what to have! Watersports was a short walk from the hotel and there was decent activities throughout the day and night. Hotel was pleasant but a little tired in areas but I'd happily come back here.

Genuinely one of my favourite places to visit, in the world. The food is to die for, from the Japanese (and Greek) restaurant, to the buffet, and the one (don’t know how to phrase it) snack bar near the smaller pool. The rooms are always kept to an extremely high standard everyday. It has a great location, looking over the ocean, and is close to the town, which is easily accessible by rental car or taxi. It is also still near the airport, yet I have never been irritated from the aircraft flying over, as I can never hear them. Lastly, the customer service is just amazing. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you are greeted by very friendly staff. This standard of hospitality hangs high everywhere around the premises during your stay. An example of this is when one of my family members got food poisoning from a local restaurant in the town, and was treated with nothing but kindness. A get well soon card was sent up to our room, along with some other kind gestures (which I cannot remember). Also, I have no clue on what some of these low reviews were talking about. “The food was horrible..” No it wasn’t? It was always very delicious everyday, with multiple options on where and what to eat, from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner, and everything in between. Overall, the experience here is some of the best in my lifetime. I would highly recommend to anyone, of any age to visit here.

Kerkrya Blue Corfu review - May 2025
What a ‘fantasticos’ time we had at this resort, everything was to our satisfaction and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
From arrival, the attention to detail was exceptional and all staff from reception through to porters, restaurant kitchen and waiting staff, bar staff, room maids and cleaners were an asset to the hotel with nothing being of too much trouble and always having a friendly demeanor throughout the day.
Our room was spacious with a terrific bathroom and powerful shower. Well stocked mini bar with drinking water also supplied. The maid was very thorough in her attention to detail and was always approachable if needed… our room was maintained to the highest of standards.
All communal areas were spotless.
You could always find something delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a warm welcome provided at all times from the friendly staff.
Drinks were good and plentiful with a wide range of cocktails on offer.
Sunbeds were well cushioned with various areas including the beach where you could chill out.
Great location with fantastic views and easy access to Corfu town.
I've no hesitation in recommending this establishment and hope to return one day in the near future.
Well done to all involved for making this a truly memorable holiday.
Thanks
