The hotel location is very good, a small walk a few minutes to the beach.
On arrival, you walk up a road to the entrance to the hotel, which i feel could do with some signage to tell you where areas are throughout the hotel.
The staff, apart from the clean of our room before we received the room, which i will state, why later, where outstanding, and couldn't be any nicer. Head of food and drink never missed anyone and was very pleasant.
We arrived quite late and the restaurant was closed but the staff had plated up food for us which was very kind of them. After the food, we headed to our room. On arrival, it was quite spacious, but some of the fitting need updated and showed a fair bit of wear and tear. Above the lamp in the room was a few cobwebs that had been there for a while, the curtain at the window had a hole in it, the sheet on one of the beds had a hole, the hook to hold the curtain was broke and just lying on the floor, the window shutter hook to hold it in place was broken and the unit for the tv and cover the fridge was heavily marked at the bottom.
The towels for the room were replaced daily, which was great, and the pool area and around the hotel were kept very clean.
The restaurant was clean and had a good selection of food and was always something to choose and eat.
When going on excursions, we had lunch boxes made, and these were very good.
There were plenty of sunbeds and didn't need to do silly early morning runs to claim a bed the sun hit the vast majority the whole day.
Just outside the hotel there is a laundrette and along from that there is a small shop.
I would use this hotel again, and if the highlighted areas were rectified, it would easily receive 5 star

The room could do with being updated and refreshed but was very clean.
Staff friendly.
Service great.
Food was a bit meh, could have been presented better but tasted okay.
Short walk to the beach and shopping area.

We are currently here, me, my husband and our two sons age 16 and 11.
Cannot fault the staff at all, all lovely and welcoming. Greet you will a smile and hello every day, especially the lady at the main pool bar who my youngest son loves, she cannot do enough and works very hard. Andreas the manager is fantastic, and his employees are a credit to him. Everywhere is spotless, our room is perfect for us, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, 3 balconies. It is up 2 flights of stairs but didn’t bother us in the slightest. Great mountain and sea views, there is 4 pools. Food is great. Massive selection, the desserts are beautiful, omelettes freshly made in the morning gyros in the afternoons and evenings, ice cream whenever my kids wanted, cakes cookies. Lady comes round the pool with watermelon, sandwiches, wraps, couldn’t be more looked after. The beach, shops and restaurants is a 5 minute walk down the road with plenty to do. We have really enjoyed our stay and will be back again next year. Thankyou

We couldn’t have had a better stay. Andreas and his team provided an excellent service. As soon as we arrived we met Manos on reception who was a star the whole stay, his smile welcoming us back every night. The rooms were everything we needed, very clean and air conditioned. The double beds are two singles pushed together, but comfortable. Our terrace did not have a view, but it was still a lovely place to sit on an evening and dry our swimsuits!
The pools were so much fun, with a relaxed one, and an activity one with a deep end! As well as children’s splash pad. We especially enjoyed the water gym and volleyball!
The food was incredible with so many options, even for our vegetarian friends. Everything was so delicious. The labels and ingredients could do with improvement for those with allergies or food preferences. The cold plates that were prepared for us after our late arrival were such a special touch too which we really appreciated. Kostas in the restaurant made our stay with his smiles, jokes and excellent service!
The beach, shops, and restaurants are a short walk away through the underpass so everything is on your doorstep.
We left yesterday and already want to come back!

My sister and I had a 7 day stay and had a lovely time. Food was good. Rooms spotless and the staff really friendly and helpful particularly the Reception staff. Who gave us a lot of help with places to visit.
Only downside for us were the pools which are small and we could not swim.
This is a lovely hotel. Would recommend
