Lovely big hotel, we went end of season so there wasn't any hassle getting beds but in peak months I bet it's a nightmare. Most of the staff were chatty. Rooms very basic but that's the norm in a 3* hotel. Loads of food but all the same. Again very repetitive and reused from other meals. Ended up eating out most nights. I personally wouldn't go back.

I agree entirely with Steve Evan's review below.
Clean room, glad ours was at the back away from the blaring bad music and football noise.
Good food as long as you only like eggs. Restaurant is like a school canteen. Bright and noisy.
Updated in the 90s.
Pool area a riot of red ice cream umbrellas, with all reserved towels. Constant smell of cheap cigarette smoke and music. Albeit very clean.
Water & water-pressure excellent, air-con excellent.
A 3 min walk to beach and copy shops.
Janis the restaurant manager was a lovely chap and kept the place running. He made our holiday special for us.
A cheap basic hotel.

Was amazing we’ve just got back and we’ve booked again for next year staff are so friendly and service couldn’t be better, the views from the pool are the best I’ve ever seen surrounded by mountains, right next to the strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach, location couldn’t be better, staff couldn’t be better, entertainment was fun as fun as you make it, if you join in like we did you’d have a blast or sit back and watch the dancers, get in on the bingo or the karaoke. Hopefully you’re lucky enough to see the Colombian dancers that they get in every two weeks because it was such a breathtaking show. Kid friendly and an adult pool for people who want time away from children, although the adult pool is no way near better than the main. Cleaners kept your room tidy as and the air conditioning is great. So much to do outside the hotel as well such as the blue lagoon which is a 20 minute walk roughly and you can go to the top of the mountain on the cable cars (highly recommend)

Terrible hotel. Been to Turkey 8 times and loved it until this year.
Food cold, no choice, room OK very dated and in need of decorating.
All inclusive drinks were beer, vodka wine or brandy nothing else. No cocktails, no orange juice. Rude staff.
Good location but save your money.

A nice hotel, with good location. Cleaners were lovely and helpful. Rooms are basic but always clean. Food in the snacks menu was good.
Cons
-Reception was rarely manned and on a night manned by a young boy watching his phone or sleeping on the job.
-Breakfast was appalling and we ate out every breakfast after trying once. Very limited selection and what was there was either not very good or non breakfast items (chips etc.) What made it worse is on the snacks menu you could order a full english so for them to not offer it when you've paid for a breakfast in your package was a bit cheeky!
-Wifi is terrible highly recommend asking your rep about a dongle with unlimited usage. Cause you may as well not use the hotels wifi.
