My husband and I have just enjoyed our 5th stay at Kalia Beach Hotel.
We always have a really lovely and relaxing time when we stay here.
The staff are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice Hotel, good location-but the food is absolutely DREADFUL.
Luke warm-at best, and utterly tasteless....
Most often, the food has NO labels, so you have no clue what you are eating, which was bad as my daughter has a fish allergy (she was sick as she thought the fish bites were chicken nuggets) and got told off for it.
My partner had to ask every night "what is vegetarian" as she is one....

Straight forward hotel with modern, but mininal rooms, staff and service are great, location 1 min from the Gouves beach, all inclusive is great besides the Bar, which can be improve.
They also have a tavern across the strip so you can sit drink your coffee right on the beach.

Family Vacation – Everything Was Perfect!
We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Natalia at the reception – she was amazing! She helped us with everything we needed.
Although our flight arrived early in the morning and check-in was officially from 3 PM, we were already in our room by 10 AM – which was a huge plus after a long journey. The room looked exactly like in the photos, was clean and comfortable, and was cleaned every day.
The food was good, with a variety that suited European tastes, and there are many restaurants around the hotel for every budget and preference. We also rented a car directly at the reception – again, thanks to Natalia for making it easy and quick.
There are two swimming pools – one larger, one smaller – but since the sea is just a few steps away, we spent most of our time there. Beach chair rental varies between €10 and €45 depending on the beach, and there are several different ones to choose from nearby.
We are very grateful for everything and are already thinking about coming back again. Highly recommended!

No way 4 stars .. maybe 2 with indulgence. Terrible food, very mean employees, terrible dirt, at the pool in the water a lot of hair and very dirty water, the same type of food 4 dishes, the same cooked meat 3 days in a row and two types of watermelon and that's it, frozen cakes ... dirty plates, glasses, and cups, drinks worse than the food and beer with the portion .. It's an honest opinion, without interest. Avoid as much as you can such a disgusting place run away when you hear about Kalia
