What can I say...... Rooms are very very basic. My wife and I have had to sleep separately over the course of our holiday. Myself being on a very hard camping bed set up in the lounge area. The photos online of the hotel make it look a lot more modern than it is. Very well taken by the photographer. Location wise great. The beach is a 5 min walk away so are the restaurants if you are not all inclusive.
The staff have been great. Hats off to the guy who runs the kids disco and entertainment.
We read a review that children have been developing ear infections from the pool water. We did not believe this at first but since being here have seen at least 2 children come down with ear infections. Which is a shame as this has made us avoid the swimming areas, which was the main attraction in coming here.
All in all we made the best of the week by visiting the beach every day and getting a hire car to explore the local area. We will not be returning to this particular hotel.

First family holiday with 18 month old twins. Loved it. Could not have asked for more, and made better by the impeccably hard working and helpful staff from cleaners to reception to bar staff to restaurant staff. Thank you for giving us a 10/10 holiday with absolutely no complaints!

Fantastic small hotel, ideal for young families. Great pools, entertainment and kids club. We went self-catering and stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Recommended!

On arrival initial thoughts on rooms were that they are small but once settled in found them perfectly adequate, very clean and served us well, although can be noisy if you are early sleepers. All the service throughout was excellent, from from of house, to bar staff, to entertainment, nothing was a problem. The resort itself was great, pools were really good, albeit cold but refreshing. Good entertainment, and evening entertainment that was put on for you was really good, and no lack of sun beds, plus plenty of space around so didn't feel too busy. Had a lovely splash park and children's water slides etc, plus a good zip wire and separate building for children's craft and entertainment. The bar and seating area was well placed, lots of space again. On the food, we went all inclusive. The main sit down (breakfast lunch and dinner) were in the hotel opposite and when we booked we thought this may be a pain but it honestly wasn't, it is literally opposite side of the road. That part is good, sometimes a little hit and miss as to what you can get but they vary it daily (lunch and dinner) and do a good variety of all sorts (meat, fish, veg, pasta, chips and potatoes, salads etc) so try to cater for everything which in my opinion they do very well at. It is a buffet/canteen style arrangement so don't expect silver service, however the chefs and waitresses/waiters are always on hand. Having this arrangement for the food opposite the hotel I thought it may be lacking in Jutlandia but actually you can get just as good food cooked for you from the snack menu (spag bol, chips, onion rings, omelette, toasted sarnies etc) so this was great if you wanted food during day. Lastly drinks, on all Inc you tend to overindulge, beers nice and cold, tastes good, sangria and wine on tap, spirits freely available, drank lots 🥴. Thank you Jutlandia for a great stay 👍👌

Rooms are good for what you need and catered well for our 10 month old providing cot bed for us at no extra cost. Also had a little kitchenette.
Rooms although are supposed to be cleaned and replenished with fresh towels but this wasn't always the case and we had to ask for fresh towels and room to be cleaned.
Food was actually one of the best I've had in a 3 star so not many complaints although just found it hard for myself because I'm a fussy eater but that's on me.
Entertainment wise, not the best during the day and not really clear what is going on, kids club on the night is literally the same 5 songs (or at least it was the 5 nights I saw kids club) and they have no plan B if someone calls in sick. After shows weren't too bad though.
Liz in the kids day club is great, was fantastic with my son and even gave him a little rattle that he loved!
Location is abit on the fringes, the beach is close but a canny walk if you're wanting music square, bars, China shops etc.
All in all was good for my sons first ever holiday and a good baseline, but probably wouldn't go back but that's just on personal preference.
