Beautiful views of the Port and the Mediterranean sea! The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We had a very well appointed and private suite at the bottom end of the hotel. Favorites from the stay were the infinity pool, sunset lounge, amazing food & drinks, and accommodating staff. Edited to include praise for the concierge, Luis, who was immensely helpful with recommendations and reservations. Thank you!

Prices like 5-star, service like 3-star
We booked the hotel because it looked so impressive on the rocks above. Unfortunately, this hotel does not quite live up to the name Jumeirah, especially with these high prices...
It is the many little things that come together and just cloud the vacation fun something, so we often had to wait relatively long for the food, the room was not made in the evening, various lifts were constantly broken and it was a world trip to the room, shuttle bus is not driven on time, a lot of staff there, but not exactly courteous. Spa and pool area very small for such a large hotel. Too bad, for half the price or less you get a better hotel experience in Port Soller....

In a word, exceptional. The views in the Port Sóller are beautiful and the design of the hotel highlights the nature it is surrounded by whether you're hanging out in the pool or eating at one of their fantastic restaurants.
The service is second to none. I recommend taking advantage of their e-Butler messaging service where you can make special requests. For example, we had an early morning flight and they made sure to have our car ready while also offering a nice picnic box of breakfast and espresso for the drive back to the airport. One staff member also overheard that we were concerned about rainy weather for a boat charter and they immediately offered to help us reschedule for a better day rather than eat the cost for a subpar experience. We are glad we did.
Most of the more negative reviews here are for folks who are coming for a meal or the sunset lounge bar -- but as a guest at the hotel you can expect an incredible experience.

If you’re thinking about having your wedding here, don’t..
My wife and I had our wedding here back in August. The list of problems that occurred due to hotel staff and management is actually too long to fit into a single review, so I’ll list some of the main issues.
1. Incredibly poor communication.
We booked a year in advance and were told that there would be someone to communicate with over email during winter months. This was false, we waited months to get responses to even the most basic of queries.
2. Disregard for the safety of guests.
Very early on, we told the staff that we had a guest with a very severe nut allergy, and there were to be absolutely no traces of nuts in any dish. However, on two separate occasions they got back to us with menu alterations contained nuts. We had to repeat ourselves several times before they took it seriously.
3. Chaotic check-in experience.
Our room booking was nowhere to be found when we arrived, we waited for 30 mins while the receptionist fumbled around trying to find it.
Several room bookings were lost/mixed up, resulting in us (the couple) having to switch rooms in order to free up a room for another guest. During the move, the staff also lost some small items which we never got back.
Some members of the bridal party didn’t get checked in until as late as 5pm.
We spent the afternoon running around, stressed rather than settling in and relaxing. All of this caused unnecessary stress the day before the wedding day and also made us late for a party we had planned that night.
4. Wedding cake not served/ disposed of.
It was agreed that staff would cut the cake and serve it to guests. This never happened and we later found our that our cake was disposed of. This was an expensive cake that was meticulously picked out going straight in the bin.
5. Staff eating our food.
We payed for the “midnight snack” which is quite an expensive add on. It is essentially trays of food that are supposed to be served to guests at the end of the night. We payed for 70 people but what was served was a couple of small trays. One member of the bridal party then looked into the kitchen and saw staff gathered around the remaining food, eating it. When she asked them what was going on, the staff complained to her that they were tired and wanted to go home.
The above represents only a tiny portion of the problems that occurred during our time here. Many of our family members and guests had their own issues with the hotel that are not listed here.
The hotel management have since been incredibly blasé about our complaints and are hiding behind the “room upgrade” (the room we were moved into), saying it is appropriate compensation. This was something that we had never asked for and it was their way of covering one of their many mistakes.
All in all, Jumeirah Port Soller is a very poorly managed and disorganised wedding venue, and a far cry from what you’d expect from this hotel chain. If problems aren’t addressed, it will result in only more disappointed couples and more damage to the Jumeirah name. Avoid this venue.

I wasn’t happy with the cocktail without alcohol, I felt I don’t need alcohol and I order some mix juice and in the end was tasting like a the juice from bottle normal one..disappointed and about the waiter ‘’ Andrea calls “ she was trying so much to offer foods and drinks by force..come on that hotel don’t need to offer we know what we come for..the rest fine. Good view that’s all , the best was Dubai one!
