I would like to share my impressions of staying at this hotel. The atmosphere of comfort can be felt from the moment you walk in – the friendly staff immediately creates a pleasant mood. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed: a comfortable bed, modern interior, and a beautiful view from the window. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant – the dishes are delicious, the portions are generous, and the breakfasts are varied. I was also pleasantly impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to truly relax after a busy day. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and return here again👍

The staff was very polite and welcoming, always ready to help and answer questions. The service was top-notch, and everyone was attentive and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The cleaning and attentiveness of the staff were excellent!

Pairoos is a truly exceptional professional. He's a fantastic worker, always with a positive attitude, and helped in every situation, making us, as hotel guests, feel calm and comfortable.
I want to express my gratitude to the waiter Khaing. She is attention to detail was incredible. She remembering preferences or providing a dessert or drinks, and it is describe the waiter as a "good asset" to the restaurant and also I mentioning her friendliness and deep knowledge of the menu. She is a very sweet and kind person.
She delivered excellent and outstanding service which made our visit in hotel memorable and amazing
The waiters, Saish and Pema, were very attentive and responsible workers who gave us a pleasant dining experience.

This hotel has been absolutely amazing. The staff have been excellent, very accommodating and welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help. MUhammed and Sulman are very easy to talk to and helped with a later checkout due to our flight time. Alberto in the Boston bar has been a top tier bartender! Ajay the travel agent has been fantastic. Rooms are very large and clean, lovely bathroom, huge bed and a lot of facilities like hairdryer and iron. Rooftop pool directly across from our room and was a nice size. Lovely smoothies. Would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

I recently stayed at Jumeira Rotana and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself was clean, and very comfortable. The standout part of my stay, however, was the staff. A special thank you to San Su & Fairoos who greeted me with a smile and made check-in seamless. Overall, I highly recommend Jumeira Rotana to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a truly pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel ……every member of staff gave amazing service especially in Boston bar Alberto , Rosalie and Pare couldn’t do enough for us ! Ajay at Mayra Tour desk helped us book wonderful tours and was especially kind when i was ill and had to return early from a tour, checking if i needed medication or help. The staff in Gypsy restaurant were very helpful with dietary needs and menu changes . Very comfortable room with great facilities and comfy bed, nice quiet hotel. ……..only thing letting it down was the lack of choice on the all inclusive food menu , i am vegetarian and had very little choice so had to eat the same few meals all the time .
