We stayed there for four days and truly enjoyed every moment of our experience. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. We were especially impressed by the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and one of the best we’ve had. It made our mornings extra special! Very nice and friendly personnel - that’s what helped me not to think of all other not such good things at the hotel/area.
Nice and cosy reception area, 2 elevators are a plus.
Old rooms, some of the things were broken/didn’t function. Windows cannot be opened. Airco doesn’t work properly, so it was usually too cold in the room.
Food: breakfast terrible and bad quality l - what can be lower than this?.. Such disrespect towards guests and for such a price…I saw many bad reviews about breakfast in this hotel before, but I am wondering why absolutely nothing is done about this problem?
Lunch: really good if ordered from the menu at Boston bar, really nice dishes, I loved everything.
If it’s a buffet - we didn’t like because of the poor cleanliness of the buffet area, once I saw a big cockroach crawling between the bread and the soup area - that totally killed all of the good attitude and a desire to eat there. Also, most of the things are fried.
The swimming pool is small and water is dirty, guests spit in the water while swimming, someone’s hair got stuck to my fingers in the bigger pool.
Surroundings of the hotel are some kind of a ghetto, so it’s better to take a taxi at all times. Waking zone is not nice. Far from the metro, far from the beach. For 1-2 nights it’s an ok choice but just have your breakfast somewhere else and use taxi at all times.

I’ve been visiting this bar regularly during my time in Dubai, and it has quickly become one of my favourite spots in the city. Although I haven’t stayed at the hotel itself, the bar experience alone deserves a great review.
The atmosphere is always welcoming, relaxed, and well put together — whether you’re stopping by for a quiet drink or spending the evening there. The drinks are consistently excellent, and the service is what really sets it apart.
A special mention has to go to Alberto and Ay Khan. Both of them provide genuinely outstanding service — attentive, friendly, and professional without ever being overbearing. They remember preferences, take the time to have a chat, and make you feel like a valued regular rather than just another guest.
It’s that level of service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended if you’re in Dubai and looking for a quality bar with a great team behind it.
