I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for three nights, and I must say it left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly Mr. Dawood at the reception, who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for a lovely stay. The same is true with Ms San Su and Ms Sandani who are very supportive.
The rooms were very good, offering comfort, equipped with everything a traveler could need to feel at ease. The housekeeping staff were so attentive and ensured everything was spotless, adding to the overall warm.
I only experienced breakfast at the hotel, but it was lovely. The wide variety and quality made for a perfect start to the day. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul, the manager, whose friendly and helpful demeanor eho always check to make sure you are satisfied.
I also enjoyed some time at the gym, spa and swimming pool, where Ms. Kriss stood out with her infectious energy and constant smile. She was always eager to assist, ensuring guests had a fantastic experience.
Overall, this hotel provides top-notch service and an unforgettable experience, making it a perfect choice for any traveler. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team including porters, valet parking and others for making my stay so delightful!
