This is a fabulous hotel overall. I agree with previous posts about certain families being very rowdy etc, but it doesn't really affect you, you just have to ignore it. Food is gorgeous and the hotel reps are just the best, they go above and beyond to make it a fun atmosphere, especially for the kids! The rooms are basic but all work fine and are spotless which is all you can really ask for at this sort of price range. If you have children, they will not be disappointed and will have a great time. We will definitely be back again!

The hotel was good we had the best holiday here. The entertainment on the night was a bit slow and my wife did get good poisen for a day of the breakfast buffet. The rooms where kept spotless and there is plenty of staff keeping the place tidy always willing to help. The location is near a strip of lively bars and many mini markets what are not over priced. The beach is a nice 20-25 minute walk

Fresh salads, grilled meats, pasta, and even some local dishes kept things interesting. No complaints here—we ate well! **🛏️ Rooms – Clean & Functional** The rooms were **basic but spotless**, and housekeeping did a great job. No frills, but comfy enough for a good night’s sleep after a day in the sun. **☀️ Sunbed Wars – Good Luck!** The biggest downside? **Not enough sunbeds** for the number of guests. If you’re not up at dawn to claim a spot, you’ll be lounging on a towel. The pool area gets **packed and noisy**, so if you want peace, head to the beach early. **🎉 Crowd – A Mixed Bag…** This isn’t a quiet, refined resort—it’s **lively, sometimes rowdy**, and you’ll get a few "rough around the edges" guests. That said, we just **kept to ourselves**, and nobody bothered us. The staff Is great , from the entertainers to the kitchen . Food got great selection and it's tasty! Everyone very polite and nice. Location is great, close to the shops and night life if you wish to change scenery. Rooms were fairly clean you had your towels changed on regularly,but lack of basic stuff for instance if you forget tooth brush or tooth paste,shampoo -basic complementary products. which is annoying. Entertainers are going above and beyond, they doing great job during the day and throughout the night ! Thank you for a great stay ♥️

Staff here are really nice and the cleaners were good but I will not be coming back here even if you paid me! Fights almost every night with police called multiple times. Unfortunately a lot of people that stay here are rough, drink too much and cause problems. The evening entertainment was also pretty poor apart from one night where they had external African dancers who were brilliant. The room we stayed in was also nothing like the pictures that were advertised - it was small, dark and really outdated. Poor vegan options as well and when we asked for to milk alternatives we were told to go buy our own.
