Very good hotel, the rooms are well equipped and functional, the staff is welcoming and helpful whether it's the cleaning ladies, the waiters, or the receptionists. Excellent and varied buffet morning and evening. The hotel is ideally located by the sea, access to shops, bars and bus lines is very easy. Special mention to Pepe, super nice with our 4-year-old son who checked him every time we arrived to eat :-)

Very friendly staff. Beautiful views. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a make over. There was a constant sewage smell coming from all plugs in our bathroom. It was so strong one night, the smell woke me up. They had put cleaning fluid down. We kept the plugs in at all times but the smell just kept coming. Such a shame as our room had the most perfect view. The room could have done with tea and coffee facilities. I would have like to sit on the balcony with a cuppa in the morning. After looking at reviews, the sewage smell is not something new.

What a beautiful place
I had a wonderful week in this Hotel at Can Picafort. This hotel has a very good emplacement, close to all activities...cafés, restaurants, bar and services such as supermarkets, stores, pharmacy and grocery stores.
The breakfast and dinner is a must!
At Breakfast time we had such a good experience of quality food as well as in the dinner, every night we were surprised with a new buffet with local and international food.
The restaurant Staff are very smart and careful workers wich made our meals very special. Thanks to PePe, the restaurant manager which everyday could care for all guests.
The only negative point i warned the hotel, was that the mattress was not comfortable.

This hotel is amazing! Right by the beach. The photos are the views from the balcony. Staff are lovely and so helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing! So much choice and served freshly cooked with option of eating outside. There is a small gym here too. The pool is in a separate private area just metres away. The rooms aren't very big but big enough with bathroom. Our room had a lovely balcony and view. Fridge and safe in room too.
Our coach transfers were during the night but we were still made welcome and on leaving this morning @ 2am they had continental breakfast left out for us!

This was my first visit to the hotel, travelling with a friend.
We were delighted with the location, the fantastic variety at mealtimes and the staff are always on hand to help in any way and so friendly. Great service all round.
Special thanks to Gargen (?) for dealing with our problem when the transfer coach failed to pick us up. We are SO grateful. I hope to see you all again in the future.
