The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very helpful. There are no tea and coffee facilities but you can hire a kettle for €5 for the week. Food ok, main food was a bit cold but there was enough variety for this small hotel. More an older person hotel definitely not for children in my opinion. The pool was very cold but ok once you got used to it. Lovely views while sitting having a coffee so all in all not a bad place to stay

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was clean, the view of the sea was amazing. The food was very tasty and varied, special thanks to the staff, we saw every day how conscientious they work, they are kind, helpful and happy to talk to the guests. The hotel is in a great location, the sea is in front of it, but other beaches are also within a short walk. I really liked the closed pool area reserved for hotel guests, there was always a free sunbed, and when we went to the beach, we could leave our belongings there safely.

Exceptional for a 3 star. Very clean, great food and efficient friendly service and would explain the popularity with the German guests.The pool is more a splash/plunge pool than a swimming pool and didn't have any ambiance, but no big issue when you are opposite the beach. Rooms very clean and comfortable although a bit tired looking and the room I was in had s terrible buzzing humming noise which wasn't the mini fridge or air conditioning unit.

I do not recommend this hotel.
We had booked a room for two people, with the possibility of accommodating a third person confirmed by email. Once there, we were charged a €300 supplement for a simple rollaway bed, which is a ridiculous amount for what you get.
The pool and jacuzzi are outside the hotel across the road, almost always in the shade.
Cleaning is done early in the morning and if you don't leave before 10 a.m., the cleaners refuse to come. At least they were kind enough to change towels and take out the trash.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work, no matter where you are. It's impossible to work or download a simple document.
But the worst is yet to come: checkout is clearly at noon. Yet the staff entered at 3:30am and a second time at 9am. After I confronted the receptionist, he clearly lied into my face, saying it was my friends trying to enter again, while they were already sitting in the plane since 3am and left their keycards in the room. He acted as if I was the stupid one.
Absolutely terrible behaviour, at least just admit your mistake?!
The lack of communication is just awful.

Stayed here for 8 nights at the end of May. Located just across from the beach and view from the room was amazing. All the staff were exceptional especially Pepe and the restaurant staff where the service was first class. Food excellent with a good selection, especially at breakfast time. Overall I hope to come back next year and cannot wait.
