What can I say about this stunning hotel? I’ve stayed in several 5-star hotels, but this one truly stands above the rest.
The service, the hospitality, the kindness of the staff… every detail was perfectly thought out. Every gesture and thoughtful touch left me genuinely impressed. It was my very first solo trip, and I was a bit hesitant at first, but the warmth and care of the team made me forget I was on my own. I felt surrounded, supported, and completely at ease.
Thank you for Antonio of the reception to feeling me at the first moment arriving safe and well welcomed.

The breakfast buffet is an experience in itself: generous, delicious, and beautifully varied — with options even for those watching their diet. 100% pleasure, 0 guilt. Hands down the best I’ve ever had.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped — always tidy and beautifully presented, with delicate touches like chocolates and small daily attentions. Huge thanks to the housekeeping team for their meticulous work and consistency.
Also a big thank you to the pool staff, always smiling and attentive.
And the list of compliments could go on and on… Thankful for all the staff I forgot to mention.
I’ll definitely be back — next time with my husband, to whom I’ve enthusiastically shared every little detail.

I have stayed at this beautiful hotel before, but this was the first time on my own. I was a bit nervous about coming alone but I needn't have worried. Everyone really looked after me and made me feel very special. I couldn't possibly mention everyone who gave me such special attention - the list would be endless. I fell in love with Tiziana as everyone does. She is Wonder Woman! Despite her many managerial duties, she treats every guest as special and nothing is ever too much trouble. I also have to give my warmest thanks to Victoria, who went out of her way to accommodate my every wish with such kindness. After that everyone in the restaurants, house keeping, reception and poolside.
On top of all that, the hotel is just stunning, set in a fabulous location with beautiful gardens. And NO Sunbed Wars.
If you've stayed here before, then you know what I mean. If you've never stayed here, then Go! You will love it!

Lovely 9 night stay with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and grounds were kept clean and our sea facing room had mainly been renovated. The only disappointment was the bathroom which badly needed updating (when did you last see an ashtray next to the toilet?) Breakfasts were superb with excellent choices of cold meats, fruit and hot food and even a proper toaster. Plenty of sun beds to go around and mattresses, covers and towels were supplied. We were only B&B and there were plenty of excellent restaurants within about 1km in either direction. One highlight of our stay was the violin playing at breakfast by Dorina Gavrilita.

This was our third time visiting Tenerife, but our first stay at Mirador - and it absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredibly friendly and professional team. The food, views, and service were nothing short of exceptional, making it a truly unforgettable trip.
Although we usually avoid hotel buffets and had initially chosen the breakfast only option, we quickly changed our minds after experiencing the quality of the cuisine. We ended up dining at Mirador every evening - it was that exceptional. A special mention to Carlos, who was not only wonderfully professional but also added a thoughtful touch by remembering our favorite wine each night.
Huge thanks to Taziana for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her warmth and attentiveness made our experience feel personal and unique - prestige service through and through. Taziana and Alexandre in particular, deserves a heartfelt thank you for helping my partner plan our engagement, which was the cherry on top of an already perfect stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained pools overlooking the sea, a great central location just minutes from the beach, and fantastic evening entertainment. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.
This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you again, and we can’t wait to return next year!

This is the perfect hotel, fabulous rooms, fantastic and friendly staff and views to take your breath away if you choose a sea view room. The bar makes great cocktails as well. I have stayed here three times and will be back again.
