My Experience at the Hotel
My stay at the hotel was really wonderful:
Reception: The reception staff were very welcoming, polite, and always smiling. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and they were always ready to answer any questions.
Bellman: The bellman was extremely helpful and respectful. He carried my luggage to the room quickly and with great manners, which made me feel comfortable from the very first moment.
Overall: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I truly felt that the staff cared about the guests’ comfort.
It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I've already written a hotel review but wanted to write a separate one for the hard working and wonderful Animation team. Having had a few all inclusive holidays, the Labranda Club team stand out. Hard working, constant smiles, but if you took the time to chat with them, despite being very busy, they always took the time to chat. Special mention to Mahdi (Let's Go!), Julia & Junior (best aqua aerobics) who we got to know quite well, as much as 6 days allows. Special mention also to Turbo and Wess from Labranda Royal who also took the the time to chat and offer some crazy dance moves. I traveled with my daughter so we did take advantage of Coco Loco Club after 10.30pm and it was wonderful how the whole animation team just welcomed her onto the dance floor night after night, like she was one of the team. It made our holiday very special so thank you Animation team - you are all brilliant young people - you rock!

It wasn’t our first experience in Egypt, but it was a nice one. The hotel is not new, but there is a renovated part. The room is great, everything is new and nice.
The beach is amazing, the entrance in the water is wonderful, you can choose where to swim: deep water or shallow water.
The staff is nice, polite and very friendly. They speak different languages, so they can easily help you.
Food is okay, not exactly the gourmet cuisine, but you can find what you like: meat, fish, seafood. Although, the food is really tasty.
If you want a nice, not luxurious and overcrowded hotel: this place is for you.

It was our first time visiting Egypt, and we had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff team, everyone at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the animation team were very nice and welcoming.
The hotel is also great. The pool is really big, and the beach was close to the hotel as well.
There was a big variety of food and drinks that were all very good.
Overall we had a great stay, and we would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very helpful staff who were never pushy or intrusive. The surroundings were beautiful, and the pool was large and spotless.
A big highlight was the sea. Even though it’s in a bay, it was crystal clear and very diverse with shallow areas, deeper spots perfect for jumping in, and a coral reef that made snorkeling amazing.
The food was excellent. Every evening featured a different type of cuisine with plenty of options, and we can say it was the best dining experience we’ve had in Egypt so far.
The animation team kept us entertained with fun daily activities, from workouts to foam parties, and the evening shows were always varied and enjoyable.
Overall, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Egypt, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!
