Very nice! the hotel is clean, beautiful and the employees are all very kind, also, the food was tasty and variated, the room was big and confortable. The location was good, not too far from airport, and the beach is private and just 3 minutes walk, there is a bus available. There are activities everyday, I'd like to come back.
The only thing I did not like is that during our last 2 nights, there was a strong construction noise around 11 PM in the main reception hall where our room was located, also, children screaming at that hour in reception, we had to call twice to reception for this issue, at that time guests are trying to rest after a long day and it was very unrespectful.
Additional tip (not about the hotel): About the taxis, dont let the taxi drivers outside the airport to scam you, we were told by one of them that it costed 35 USD to the hotel which is very close, after that, we checked the App Indriver and it actually costed around 3-5 USD.

The hotel staff are brilliant very hard working and can't do enough for you.
We had trouble getting our bording passes to print to go home and the lovely Audrey (not how you spell her name)at guest relations was very helpful and printed them out for us.
Also there was no mention of misquote in any review we read, so bring plenty of repellent and after bite cream, you can buy the after bite cream in the pharmacy.
We are enjoying our holiday despite putting on repellent and bite cream for places we missed.
Taxi is good we booked Muhammed who was in a cab outside and he is very punctual coat £15 English pounds.

The hotel is excellent, the reception works around the clock, and the entire staff is very helpful and always smiling. We had a wonderful holiday here. Right by the beach you can find coral reefs perfect for snorkeling, especially for beginners. Everyone will find something for themselves thanks to the wide range of activities and animations.

Nice hotel , clean rooms, close to beach and entertainment team is super nice and profesional;)!!! The Crew are supper supper nice , polite and very educated!!! This is an excursion tipe hotel, but you can spend all the time at the pools or beach. You have everything you need. The reception crew are Verry Wellcoming and always will sole any of you questions... the will make sure you have best experience possible during stay!

This hotel is different from all other hotels in Sharm El Sheikh.We enjoyed all our stays in the other hotels, but Ivy Cyrene damaged whole the excitement. First they made a terrible experience regarding the booking, we had to wait long in the lobby without caring about to solve the problem. I had to ask them time by time, and they charged my car 3 times, and they said I have to pay 15$ for a child, even I had already paid through the booking. The pools are not nice, not warm water, not nice room. We asked a ground floor room due to the small children and stroller, but they gave us 3rd floor. The one night stay became a real nightmare and both my children were beaten by terrible mosquitos that they become sick.
