Although my room was directly overlooking the main street where there is traffic, I have to say that I liked the room with kitchen very much.
You have towels, soap and sheets.
The staff is very friendly and above all what I loved was the pool and the pool staff. Fantastic staff, sensational food and reasonable prices for a great holiday.
I would like to recommend the hotel to pay attention to the bathroom in the room, I think a renovation of the showers would be nice.
It was just a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Beautiful views of the green hills from the pool/bar. Irene, Gregory and the rest of their team were all lovely hosts and I would happily stay again. The hotel is a short walk past restaurants and mini-mart style shops to get to the gorgeous beach. My visit in early July was peaceful and relaxing, just as I'd hoped! Many thanks

The only decent thing about this place is the pool staff and the hardworking cleaning staff. Everything else — especially the owner — is a complete disaster.
The owner is hands-down one of the most unprofessional and hostile people I’ve ever come across in hospitality. Reception is barely open — maybe an hour a day — so if you have any kind of issue, good luck getting help. It genuinely felt like she was avoiding guests.
I was staying here with my pregnant wife. Our room was practically in a ditch next to a main road — not only was there no view from the balcony (just a wall and car exhaust fumes), but the traffic noise was constant. You couldn't sleep properly at all, day or night.
We politely asked if we could change rooms, and instead of handling it like a professional, the owner completely lost it. She came storming out from behind the desk, got right in my face, and started screaming like she was having a breakdown. I didn’t react — just told her to step back and lower her voice. She eventually did, but the whole interaction was surreal and aggressive. It was actually threatening, and totally unprovoked.
After that, she tried to charge us €13 per night in tourist tax. We didn’t argue — we just looked up the real rate ourselves and found it was €5 per night for this type of accommodation. We didn’t pay her made-up amount.
Then came another surprise: air conditioning isn’t included. If you want to use it, it’s another €6 per day — on top of the tax — and none of this was listed anywhere on the booking site. That brings the real extra charges up to €19 per day for things you'd expect to be standard.
This woman has no business running guest accommodation. She’s aggressive, dishonest, and clearly resents her own customers. I wouldn't stay here again if it were free. Avoid this place like the plague — it’s stressful, noisy, overpriced, and run by someone who shouldn't be dealing with the public.

The worst place we have ever stayed in our lives with the owner who literally screamed at my partner and me while I’m pregnant. Absolutely disappointed. We arrived at 15:00 and there was NO ONE on the reception - only the room number with my full name which is publicly visible?? Okay. The standard studio is literally a small room underground. Yes, underground, with the noisy main road above you so you could breathe the dust in. You want to close the door? Hah, the A/C is 6€/day and good luck finding the owner to actually get it. Don’t want to pay for it? Enjoy the most irritating and loud noises from the road and tourist looking in your room while passing my and you looking at their feet, as well as dying from the mosquitoes and hot weather as there is only one door you can open to allow air in.
Want to upgrade? Good luck with that. By the way, did you pay 15€/night of tax additionally? It’s mandatory, yes, and there is no information of it anywhere. Most hotels with 5 stars take 5€ and this hotel is taking 15 on the top of what you have already paid for terrible room where you can’t even sleep.
The shower is from 30 years ago and is leaking a lot - your bathroom will be filled with water on the floor but good luck sorting it as there is no floor towel.
I don’t know what else to say - we asked to refund us so we can go to another place and the owner refused very rudely saying we can go wherever we want but she won’t refund us.
Just DON’T come here, save your energy and money. It’s not worth it.

Don't book here if they offer you a studio. Facing the road and noisy. No sun. Mosquitos and no working tv. No privacy from next door studio.
Definitely not what we were expecting as reviews were ok about the apartment at the rear facing the swimming pool. Definitely would NEVER stay here again.
