Overall quite a great stay. The views are excellent. The pools are fantastic and the beach is right outside. I enjoyed the music at both pools. The staff do a good job of keeping tables clean during breakfast, and the housekeeping is great. The hotel was busy so was unable to get early check in or late checkout. I mostly require this because I often work while traveling. The common area isn’t air conditioned very effectively so it’s not comfortable to work there. There is however a shower room to get fresh before the flight. Also the WiFi on Linux computers does not work. It redirects to a link which appears blocked by the firewall until after the device is approved by their landing page system. The only seats in common area with plugs are high tops which aren’t the most comfortable to work at. Very minor concerns but these small details would go a long way.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The staff were pleasant, which made a big difference. The room was modern, clean, and tidy – exactly what you want after a long day out. Breakfast was great too, with loads of variety to choose from. There was something for everyone. The only small downside was the air con – it worked fine for me, but my partner found it a bit warm at times and wished it was cooler. Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at the INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza. The experience was even better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures— modern and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety each morning and added a special touch to the stay. A special thanks to Alexandra at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm welcome and assistance made a great impression and truly elevated the whole experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza and would love to return!

My daughter (16) & I had a fantastic experience staying here. The rooms are clean & modern like the rest of the hotel (great air con!). The breakfast is amazing, loads of choice & a gorgeous open dining area overlooking the pool & beach. The pool is great & you’re literally steps away from a lovely beach, the rooftop bar is very cool & a great spot to watch the sunset while listening to the tunes. Hotel location is really good, we got a little boat over to cafe Mambo (leaves hourly from little pier right next to hotel & is €5 one way) & walked back (45mins) around the bay/beaches. Another day took same boat across the bay then took the L3 bus from the bus terminal into Ibiza town (35 mins & only €8 return for 2 in comfy air con bus). Lots of cafes, big shops & little traditional parts to explore. We’ll be back as so much we haven’t seen. Make sure if you’re checking out earlier than flights that you book a shower slot (courtesy bathroom) if you want one. Book it first thing on morning of departure as slots go quickly! We left our bags in the luggage room as had hours between check out & airport. We brought our own towels which helped on the last day as you have to bring your pool towels back on check out. Staff are sweet & very helpful. Absolutely no complaints - we’ve loved our stay & are sad to be leaving! If/when we return to Ibiza, we’ll definitely be booking this hotel again.

We are nearing the end of our 10 night stay here and we have been very happy with everything so far. It’s our second stay at this hotel and it hasn’t disappointed…… Great room on the 4th floor, beautiful suit room with incredible views…. perfect for the sunset hour. Our aircon works perfectly in contrast to some reviews. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The hotel is very well maintained and kept meticulously clean. Pool areas are both wonderful, the roof top is particularly special and we love the djs…. Drinks are pricey but it’s relative to the island generally so we expected it. All the food we have had has been good. Love the breakfast terrace and glad they serve until 11.am. I’ve used the gym most days and although hot i’ve loved being able to go to do a few weights/ run before my afternoon drinks. Special mention for the tatooist who did fab tatoos for my daughter and myself. Huge shout out to Sharon and Jose who are now working from the hotel offering water activities…. ibiza water activities…. we went on a 2.30 hr boat excursion at 7pm…. got as far as Cala Tarida and had time to stop and swim, cliff jump if you wanted. Sharon was professional, friendly and not pushy at all and Jose who took us out was a sheer delight.. telling us all about the places we passed and keeping the drinks flowing. What beautiful people they are! The boat trip left from a spot a couple of minutes along the beach from the hotel …. so convenient! We have found the staff very welcoming and i recognise many faces from last year so I assume it’s a positive place to work which is important. We’ll definitely be back again.
