We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and give the children their first all-inclusive experience.
It was an unforgettable experience, we will be back many times.
The family rooms are perfect, enough space for the parents and children.
So much food to choose from, it's very clear that everyone is working hard to make the place run smoothly.
The garden and pools are well maintained.
We also attended the evening entertainment in the theatre, don't arrive late as there might be no seats left.
My only suggestion is that during the check-in process that the staff should explain certain things.
For example how to get a beach towel, or the process of hiring tennis equipment and that only cash payments are accepted.
Overall, the hotel has become the best one we've visited in Spain so far.
The location is stunning

I do a lot of reviews, but this one is special.
This is the second time here and we have had a great time. The surprise this time was new bar sky bar opened, roof top views exellent service throughout. We tried the restaurants outside the buffet and they were also very good. Pavel our waiter was very helpful helped with food choices and what was recommended. We normally don't come back for a third time but we will.
All in all highly recommend the hotel.and service.

The food here is absolutely awful – reading all the glowing reviews about it, we are honestly shocked. From tasteless fruit to bland desserts and poorly seasoned dishes, it’s a disaster. The buffet restaurant itself is downright disgusting – tables, atmosphere, everything. Some of the food is so unappetizing it literally makes me gag. The vegetarian options are practically non-existent, and while the food labels might be correct in Spanish, the English ones are completely wrong and even repeated several times with the same dish.
Yes, the hotel has a few pluses – the reception area looks beautiful, the Greek and Italian à la carte restaurants are decent, the fountain and the countless palm trees outside are lovely. But aside from that, the place clearly had its glory days long ago. Even the “renovated” rooms feel cheap and disappointing – nowhere near 4-star standard.
Everything requires a deposit, even simple things. In the new bar, you can’t even get a non-alcoholic cocktail because apparently it’s too “exclusive” for regular all-inclusive guests – what a joke. The pool bar looks dreadful, and the so-called snack bar inside is nothing more than old vegetables and ham sandwiches. I honestly don’t know who decided this place deserves 4 stars.
On top of that, walking down to the beach is uncomfortable – there are “vendors” hanging around trying to sell you things, staring at you constantly, and the hotel seems to do nothing about it.
Save your money and don’t stay here – it’s just not worth it.

The Hotel is very beautiful with a great amount of free space. It has enough space so you can always find a spot for yourself. Also the buffet has a great variety of national dishes, even with themed evenings. It also tastes very good. And the animation team is doing an amazing job of entertaining everyone

Top marks for the Mediterranean lunch and for Pavel, excellent waitress, very helpful and very Knowledgeable. This is our second year at this beautiful and amazing hotel and again exceeded our expectations with the new restaurants and skybar. It is very difficult to leave after 7 days of joy for the whole family. Great variety of food, facilities with gym, tennis courts, beach area and pools. The most important how safe it feels for our girls. Top marks too for the paella and arroz negro, a winner! For the shows at night, my favourite always Flamenco and this year the African acrobats. Thank you for given us such an amazing time! We will be back from Brighton, UK.
